Worst experience ever where a salesperson makes abusive and racial comments. Don’t fall for their trick to sign the paperwork quickly before the price goes up.

Very pushy! Don’t fall for there order now and get 20% discounts…. Prices are already too high! Quote me $7500 for 10 square pergola after discount excluding electrician n stormwater cost. After contract is signed they are rude as!

Absolutely thrilled the with service from Kevin and Wizard. They worked with us to create exactly what would work in our home, kept us constantly in the loop and we are thrilled with the final product. Would recommend highly.

Quote was competitive-started work when he said he would also gave good suggestions looks grea, would recommend them.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff I've dealt with at Wizard. From Dale who quoted me, to the 2 young men who delivered the materials, to Glen who built the carport. The young man then came back about 1/2hr after Glenn had left, and picked up ALL rubbish, leaving the site spotless. Dale then arrived to check I was happy with my carport. I certainly am. So much so that I have them quoting my daughter for a carport.

Very over priced and pushy shady salesman, Bill Khan. He's the guy who wrote the first review. Funny how he one starred other businesses for being over priced. Ironic.

Wizard home improvements done my insulated pergola, they done very good job and also quick service. Specially I give Thanks to Bill who is communicated very well.

Stay away from Wizard Home Improvements - For legal reasons not able to detail the issues we had with them.

Deceptive and misleading conduct. They sold me a product that they couldn't deliver & refused to refund the deposit. The salesman was in a big hurry to get our signature & payment, didn't tell us that we were locked into a no refund agreement. Cheating Liars. Specially the Manager Bill Khan.

This company does not even deserve 1 star. Highly unprofessional and when a complaint was made about the lack of quality the supervisor became intimidating, aggressive and then accused me of racism against him. It took a complaint from myself to Fair Trading after 6 months before the issue was resolved.
Highly recommend not to deal with this company.

Wizard Home Improvements built a pergola for me. The tradesman was great and the office staff were very helpful.

The team and Wizard Home Improvements were fantastic. They installed our pergola and outdoor blinds which has transformed the entertaining space in our house. If you are looking for a Sydney Pergola Company, definitely call Wizard. Thanks Guys.

All materials arrived the working day before installation. Installer arrived promptly and was able to professionally complete the project same day.

Rubbish company.
I have sued them to NCAT to have my deposit back.
BTW, Bill Khan is the sale guy who gave the first 5 star review to this company.

Would give 0/5 if i could, paid a deposit of 2 grand, one year later, no work has been done after hearing every excuse under the sun, deposit finally given back recently, suprised I even got that. Waste of time

It was really a bad experience after finishing the pergola last year from wizard home improvements, therewas trouble with leaking and noise of panels when windy, talked to guys they said they gonaa fix it its been 10 months whenever i called they say we gonna organise someone to come but no one came yet, really bad disappointed after spending almost $9000
