One of the glass panels in a door on a stairwell in our units was broken by removalist recently. As usual, we rang Wizard Glass, they came out the next day and ordered in the particular glass that was needed, and it was fixed within a week. The result was very good, and the putty surrounds very smooth. In the past they went out of their way to find a match for our obsolete patterned bathroom glass. We always get good service from Wizard Glass.

David was able to order and complete the glazing of two older windows for us on time and budget. I would recommend him for all your glass needs.

Took an extremely long time to complete the job (months), came back multiple times just to look at a single window as each time they forgot to do 1 thing, and finally when the window was finished lost the window latch but claimed there was no latch to begin with despite photographic evidence of the latch being there prior to replacement. Promised to put one back in but never did.still waiting. Tenants are not happy.

One of my van side mirror was broken three times during last twenty years. First time I paid twenty five dollars and it took two minutes. Second time I paid twenty dollars and it took three minutes. And now I paid sixty five dollars and it took fifteen minutes. Chewing Chewing.

Had a mid size window needing glass repair. David the owner was helpful and prompt. I collected the replacement glass from him as I was installing it. He cut to size immediately while onsite. Cost effective, efficient. Would certainly use them again.

Wizard Glass provided same day service at a very competitive price. Very friendly and helpful. Great workmanship – they were able to replace our damaged second storey window pane with high quality glass without any fuss or difficulties. Highly recommended!

ZERO stars - we do not recommend this company at all; go elsewhere if you want a quality finish.
At the start of our dealings with David the owner of Wizard Glass we were lead to believe that Wizard would look after their customers and would be the best for the job and do the best job. At the time they were not the cheapest quote.
However, once installation day arrived it became very clear that they, and their glass supplier, had rushed this job (their reason would be that it was in an attempt to please us and install prior to Christmas). I would have preferred waiting for a quality finish on a kitchen re-build that we had waited 26 years for! We now have to look at their inferior job every single day.
The company sent a new employee to our home 9 weeks after installation to fill the very apparent gaps that David had insisted didn't exist, he told us he believed the job was a "completely sealed perfect job". Their new employee was polite and helpful and admitted the job was far from the high quality expected and there were clearly gaps behind the sink and imperfections in the sealant.
When we asked David for a discount due to their inferior job he flatly declined.
We paid their invoice simply to avoid any further conflict - David has already threatened us (a couple on the disability and carers pension dealing with a chronic progressive disabling disease and a heart condition) with legal action, all for the outstanding $1180.
If you want to get a cheap job for a more expensive price (and be harassed and threatened with legal proceedings) then these are your guys.

Had 3 shower screens replaced. Our bathrooms are 18 years old and they have made them look new. Fantastic result from an excellent company. David and Greg are a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent Professional Service! Wizard Glass arrived promptly and fixed the sash cord and window glass. The room was left clean and the fly screens put back. Highly recommended!
