Really had bad experience with this real estate, we bought an off the plan property in Liverpool from them. For three years, nothing happened with that property, never received any information from this real estate on progression despite several attempts from our lawyer. Our sunset date extended by one year. We requested so many times to vendor to rescind, no response from the vendor and no help from this real estate. After 3 years we finally got out of that contract. Be careful when you buy off the plan property from this real estate. This family business gave worst experience in our life.

Worst real estate agent we dealt with, we have been with them for 5 years, our last house we rented has been sold (Oscar Sales manger) told us the new owner may wants to rent the house, we didn't hear from them until 28/08 as they emailed telling that a evacuation letter has been sent to us (But nothing has been received) Zoe a property manger told us we have until 11/09, we search for a house unlikely didn't find any so they file a case against us through court (been with them 5 years, paying in advance all rent and bills).
so they force us to leave by 05/10, we clean the house and gave them the keys and today 07/10 (Zoe) called and says the house we left is filthy
and we need to pay them $700! For cleaning so they cut it from our bond! Very bad experience, never deal with them again

Worst experience. Rented a 4bd 2.5bathroom property through them and when we vacated the property they tried to claim the full amount of bond, $2400. The only issues which we were more than willing to compromise on and pay for were light scratches on one part of the floor throughout the whole house, 2 small holes on the wall the size of a coin which we initially covered but required sanding to even it out but instead they provided us with a quote from their handy man which said each hole would cost $600 which brought the total to $1200 for holes the size of a 20c coin which was already patched. $90 to remove Christmas lights (which was already there when we moved in), pots (1) and toys (1 ball which was the neighbors that had landed on the property on our last days). We offered to remove these items and were told the owners didn't want anyone at the property. It was actually an insult to think we would believe this is what it actually cost. I will also add that on our last days at the property the owner had come and cut down all these plants in the front yard and wanted our lawn guy to remove them as he was cleaning the lawns for the final inspection. (i believe we had the right to not allow them on the premises but we did it in good faith, also wanting us to pay to remove the plants that they cut? Very dishonest people). We ended up at Fair trading as we had images and videos and a realistic quote on these damages they claimed would cost the total of our $2400 bond. Jenna Spowart didn't seem to do enough research as i asked her in a meeting to show me where all these toys were that they were claiming to charge us $90 to remove and she couldn't locate an image. Later saying they could remove that. Also tried to scare us by saying she had been to many of these Fair Trading disputes to seem like we didn't have a chance at winning. In the end we offered $500 to pay for the damages and instead of going ahead with the tribunal, they accepted the offer (we were always willing to compromise and could've done this earlier and save the trip to tribunal). So please be careful and don't let them scare you. Fight with all the evidence you have or they will try to claim more money than they should. I hate dishonest people! And those who are not willing to compromise and these guys are the worst. We have a property and will never look at requesting services from this real estate agent!

Our first property manager was very unhelpful, always had to be chased up via both phone call and e-mail but would still usually struggle to get a response or call back however over the past few months Sue Sanja has been our property manager and has been very responsive and helpful. Thank you so much for making the last few months of our tenancy so pleasant, Sue!

Wisberry Prestons has tried to evict my family from their house during Covid afterafter we all had no employment due to covid yet we done our very best to make payments on what we could afford at the time.
Not only has this office not been compassionate with our situation, they on top have isand did not tersued my parents with a termination notice in order to vacate the premises for non payment of rent, during these hard times with No reduction in the rent (thank you Cheree Burns for playing your part during these hard times apparently we are all in this together! Not you.) then you apply to ncat for an order to evict us and to seek the rental arrears in full. How dare you, thankfully the member understands what tough times majority of us are facing.
