I've used Wiseberry to both find holiday rentals and to also manage my own property for a time and they are some of the best people to deal with.

We had wonderful service from Cybele over a 11 month period. She was persistent and always friendly and tried so hard to find something that suited our needs and desires. Unfortunately she did not match us up but she sure tried

Not happy not sold fully renovated inside and out can't understand however love the girls from the agency they have been so supportive and doing their best

Could not recommend Di and the team at Wiseberrys highly enough! If I could rate them 6 stars I would! Di has been looking after our holiday rental for the past few years and has been nothing but professional and super efficient the entire time. No matter what we or our guests needed the team would jump in and deal with the situation no matter how big or small the task was, from a burst water pipe right down a missing bottle opener, that Di personally delivered to our guests. Living in Newcastle having someone we can trust to manage our holiday home is comforting and never stressful knowing it is in the safe hands of Di and the team at Wiseberrys Real Estate Port Macquarie:)

I don't often give five stars but Di Flynn deserves it. For anyone wanting a manager to handle their holiday accommodation, Di is the person. Excellent personalised service from her every time.

Both louise and my property manager Cheryl are great. They go above and beyond. I am travelling overseas a lot and they take good care of my fulll furnished rental property.

Cheryl does extra things like going and buying a vacuum cleaner when my tenants need it. She is very helpful and I lucky to have her on my side.

Dianne Flynn at Wiseberrys, has been managing our property in Tasman Towers, Port macquarie for the past decade. We have been delighted with her efficiency, her rapid problem solving and care for clients.

Rented a short stay property from these people. Unit was filthy including fermenting urine in the toilet. Asbestos floors. Infested with roaches. Then the power board caught fire. When I contacted the managing director I was told that my standards differ and that the unit was clean. The property manager Dianne Flynn told me that the owner was difficult and the cleaners were local and they had been spoken to before about cleanliness. Dianne Flynn also told me that she had never viewed the property as she manages over 60 properties and doesn’t get time.
From a consumer point of view concerning but why are they charging commission for not providing any service?
I requested compensation and was told the owner was out of pocket for fixing a fire caused by aged and defective wiring and offered a minimal ex gratia payment. They do not understand the laws or the regulations and should not be managing property. Unit is 9/6 Flynn street Port Macquarie.

I am extremely impressed with the high level of customer service and professionalism that Tamara from Wiseberry's Port Macquarie continues to provide in managing our property.
