We used wiseberry to buy and then rent our property. Both teams were amazing. Tammy and the rental team are so proactive and efficient. She’s so easy to communicate with and nothing is too much for her. I highly recommend her.

Darren is an excellent communicator who has a good knowledge of the local market. He also quickly understood our needs, matching these to the properties he chose for our inspection. Darren always responded to our questions by phone and email so we felt well informed. At the same time, we did not feel any sense of being rushed into making our decision.

Jyden helped us find our new home recently and we couldn’t have been happier with him. The first place we looked at didn’t work out and he then found as another property which suited our needs even better. Throughout the whole process he gave great communication, transparency and was always available. Being 6 hours away threw up it’s hurdles and Jyden helped us negotiate those with ease. Very unprofessional- illegal unannounced entry into our yard. I heard someone in the yard and when i went to investigate, the male agent ran from the yard I was pregnant and home alone, so unnerving.

This was in 2012, hopefully they've improved since then. I would never trust them though

What a great agency! I love that they work together as a team, not individual sales agents. Having Josh as our main sales agent and Rod to take care of all the other 'challenges' that came our way made the often stressful process all the more bearable.
