Absolute legends! Best experience I’ve had renting. From their clear and concise communication, to their level of high quality service, just outstanding work ethic!

Absolutely disgusting people. They kept my whole bond for ‘wash marks’ on the walls and pjs for not one but two end of lease cleaners with my money. They lied about where my bond was and didn’t hand it over. They have done this to multiple people I know. Scabs.

Disgusted by the service delivered by Wiseberry Gorokan. What an honour to be charged a weekly management fee to constantly try to get in contact with your agent when issues arise, and have no answers for 6 weeks to emails, other agents tell you to wait for ‘your’ agent to be available and refuse to help. If you call them they’ll transfer you to someone that never answers the phone. They will take it upon themselves to charge you for things you never gave consent to, and ignore any requests to have the issue rectified. Damage to the property? - they couldn’t care less. Maybe this review finally gets someone in contact with me?

A massive shout out to Amanda at wiseberry. I couldn’t thank her enough for all she has done for my family so far with relocating us into a beautiful family home. The progress has been a breeze and everyone has been wonderful to deal with. Super easy and great with communication and ensuring a easy move in. Thankyou again for everything:)

Amanda Newell is a fantastic realestate agent, she is approachable, understanding and professional.
She puts both tenants and landlords interests first.

I can honestly say Kirsten has been the best real estate agent I have ever had to deal with. She made me feel like she actually cares and really helped me with finding a place. Just a genuinely nice person! Feels good to finally have a good real estate agent for once!

Purchased a property in Gorokan. Happy to say any unknowns or confusion in the process was ironed out easily after touching base with Kurt. I would contact odd times due to shift work and Kurt and team were always quick to answer or call back. Information pack was very informative. Highly recommend.

Just ok at property management but always with an eye to their fees. When I sold through them they did an ok job, no complaints, but then getting the last of my money was tortuous. The final straw was payment to me of the tenants water contribution which should have been done at settlement or at least before releasing the tenants bond. Paying me the tiny amount a month later meant they charged me another administration fee. Very petty but typical.

Total mismanagement. Do not lease your property through this real estate. 3 out of the 2 lots of tenants I had, lied on their applications, which resulted in property damage. The lack of checking the property and taking action despite all the concerns raised were barely acknowledged. Property management claimed they had no idea what was going on. Then after I finally got my property back and changed real estates. They sent me a bill for overpaid rent, which was less than $65. Surely all the "management " fees I had paid could have absorbed this fee as a result of their mismanagement. Never dealing with this real estate again.

Alex is a very professional and friendly sales agent. He has gone above and beyond helping me trying to buy my first property. He kept me updated with properties coming onto the market and helped me in any way that he could. I appreciate all his help over the past few weeks. Thank you again Alex:)

Time Wasters - After calling numerous times asking about my application and being advised a property manager would call me back (never did) I had to call again and I finally got to speak with someone (Renae). My application had been pending for over a week and a half and I was advised that they had only put 1 application to the Owner to review. When I asked why they only sent one application and not all applications like most agencies, Renae could not answer and started going on about how they are one of the biggest in the coast. Nor could she tell me the reasons why she did not put my application forward to the owner. I had offered more than the asking price, have excellent rental history and great references, so am surprised why an owner would not want to see an application that is willing to pay more. Renae did say maybe someone applied before you, basically meaning they wont review on criteria just first come first serve. If you are a landlord would you want such unprofessionalism looking after your property I certainly wouldn't.

Emily and the team at Wiseberry really looked after us throughout the process of buying out new home on the Central Coast. Very professional and a pleasure to work with in getting it across the line.

Had to put in security cameras higher fencing and gates because of their renters I think that tells you a lot.if you value your property

Received an unsolicited request to sell from them a couple of weeks back. I informed them I wasn't interested. Later that day I get a second call from this mob, this one more rude and invasive than the first which was the boss ringing to abuse me re.the conversation with his staff member. Simply unbelievable. Avoid giving them your number.

Pack of theives. Legit use and abuse. They are supposed to representing you but instead take advantage of clients living out of state. Billing for things without notice, no photo evidence, no professional quote, sneaky. I agree with all the negative feedback, they will do anything to overcharge you. I will be reporting this.

We have two rental properties in Wangi Wangi and engaged Wiseberry Heritage Gorokan branch to manage our properties. We have found the team, and Jessica Rea to be most helpful, prompt and efficient.

Wiseberry leased a house to my husband and me in 2019. The application process was smooth and professional and they were so helpful and caring with everything. We lived in that rental property for 2 years but had to relocate for work. I would highly recommend Wiseberry for anyone looking for a rental property. 5 STARS!

Wiseberry Herritage Gorokan are an amazing team, our property manager Danielle Boyd in particular. Danielle was prompt, helpful and so lovely to deal with.
