If a minus 10 star rating was possible then that would be my rating! Andrew Mchpee and Abdullah Chadhari were disgusting agents who neglected my property and chucked a diseased tenant who was on a national tenancy data base into our property. House was left in an unrecognisable state. Stone is appalling and would never recommend their agency to anyone. Not to mention the rent was never paid and the agent had offered to pay out of pocket due to his own stuff up. If that doesn’t scream unprofessional then I don’t know what does

We had brilliant dealings with stone, from selling our house with Reece and Volkan. They got us a great price for our home and made the whole process very easy.
While we were building our new house we had to rent for 2.5 years, we applied for a home through stone and was excepted.
Bianca was our property manager very thorough and very easy to deal will from moving in to moving out.
Great experience with stone highly recommended.

Poor communication, filthy property, terribly managed properties, avoid like the plague. We've been renting properties for the past 15 years, through multiple states due to work. Never come across such a bunch of amateurs. It's appalling. Do yourself a huge favour and choose another property with another agency.

I’ve had a terrible experience with a rental that we had with this real estate. The property was in an appalling state when we moved in. They never get back to your enquires as a tenant, they say they are going to do things and then don’t. I’ve rented for 15 years and I have never experienced such poor support from a property manager.

The main agent is very pushy and carries on like a brat when things don't go his way. I get the feeling he likes to micro manage his other agents.

I would advise if you have to go through this agency to deal with Reece as he is a genuine bloke.

Probably next to finding a great investment property is a great Property Manager. Someone who will look after it as if it’s their own. Luckily We have Bianca Ross, we are so impressed how fast, effecient and professional she is since she start managing our Blue Haven rental property.
Not only did she get a new tenant within a day she was able to negotiate a good long term rent from a fantastic tenants.

Would not recommend using this Real Estate when purchasing a home. The agents use high pressure sales tactics on inexperienced first home buyers.
