I was unhappy with a previous employment agency in Hornsby. I was not given the support i needed and I felt disheartened. I contacted Centerlink as was referred to Wise Employment.

Seriously, the team there are dedicated and will do their utmost for jobseekers. A special thanks in this regard goes to Sofie Hudecek. Sofie is always professional and genuine in providing advice to me. I feel comfortable to discuss personal matters with Sofie.

Sofie has referred me to counselling because she could see what I could not, that is mental support that addresses the issues in finding a job in 2023. The counsellor was great as well. Non judgemental, understanding and supportive.

I feel reinvigorated that I move forward with the support of Sofie guiding me, giving me options and never negative or judegmental.

I have to say my whole experience with Wise Employment has been so unexpectedly helpful and uplifting. I have had such bad experiences previously with other organisations in the same line of work and non have provided the care, kindness, helpfulness, direction and support like these guys. Special shout out to Leonard and Christina who have been especially supportive during my journey.

I met Kristina Connell at Wise Employment, who helped me a lot. Apart from informing me of all the welfare I am entitled to, she also provides suitable psychological support when I feel pressured. She is friendly and enthusiastic when listening to what I want. My experience with Hayley from WISE Employment has been nothing but GREAT! She has always been very professional, and calls me with any updates on prospective jobs for me. A+

I was looking to recruit a sales support person and placed an ad on SEEK. I didnt have a lot of luck with the calibre of people applying for the role requirements. However out of the blue Hayley called me and said she thinks she has someone to fill the role we had advertised. So I met with the person she was placing 2x and Craig is now a full time permanent employee with us doing very well. Hayley follows up with Craig and myself to make sure that everything is going well and if he needed anything to do his job better. Craig is now working offsite at customers as well and has been using his own laptop computer which didnt have the correct functionality for our business systems. Craig suggested to Hayley that a new laptop that could provide this functionality would benefit his development. Today Craig received his new laptop which we have successfully loaded with all our business systems and Craig is now equiped to operate remotely with customers. A great initiative by WISE and a special thanks to Hayley for ensuring that Craig has the tools he needs to succeed and further his career. I couldn't recommend WISE more highly.

Unprofessional and a nightmare to deal with. I've been twice and both times I've felt extremely uncomfortable. The employees chat constantly with each other about random stuff and leave you awkwardly sitting in the corner being ignored and extremely unprofessional. They left another person to wait ages while talking to me and didn't actually achieve anything, just sent me back to centrelink yet again. I'm frustrated and for a service for people with mental health issues/disabilities, it's not pleasant and you often feel judged. I'd recommend looking into other services instead

Great place to come if you want to be harassed, bullied and intimidated. The workers here are not educated and should find themselves proper jobs first. Harassment is illegal, how is this business running?
