Shahd was amazing with my son Lion Aelasha. My son had difficulty communicating, speaking, he lacked confidence and was not able to express how he feels. Previously, my son had trouble communicating with people. Her admirable patience, knowledge of his condition, her understanding, professionalism and continuous encouragement has changed my son’s life. Because of her, and all the work she has done with my son, to her communicating with me and letting me know how my son is improving, to her communicating and giving advise to his NDIS worker on what lion needs, she find him a job, he’s now working as a handy man, he loves the job very much! She helped my son set goals and explained to him what a job is and now I see how happy my son is. We are both very grateful for everything. I’ve had 4 different employment agencies and 12 different consultants and one one except Phil is able to help or understand me. I have move residential address but I still want Phil because he is simply THE BEST. I know if I have to change again, it will mess with my head and having bipolar that’s not a good thing.
