Merna was very friendly and helpful. She examined my case carefully and then made practical, useful suggestions to assist me. This office has improved remarkably in the past year.

My experience with WISE Employment Chatswood to date has been very good.

In terms of hard skills, the staff that I’ve liaised with work very effectively and efficiently, often going above and beyond their basic job description to help jobseekers find work. They are hard-working, knowledgeable, motivated and organised. Also, they understand how to optimise time management, planning and coordination of various key performance indicators, all with very good attention to detail.

In terms of soft skills, they also have very good communication skills. More specifically, they’re easy going and enthusiastic, friendly and helpful, patient and positive.

Merna and Frank were amazing. Definitely wasn't expecting an Employment Services provider for Centrelink to be so friendly and understanding. Definitely recommend these guys if you want a great experience during a not always enjoyable part of life.

I would like to add to my review a special thank you to Michelle Italiano from Wise Emplyment Chatswood. I would have been so isolated during lockdown were it not for Michelle's support.

In actual fact, I feel like I have really grown as a person & Wise have been actively supporting me into the new career direction that I have chosen.

The truth is that I lost my job just days before Christmas 2019 and Michelle helped me to access a Christmas food parcel - prior to that I really did have an attitude towards her but her kindness when I was in my darkest hour IS the Christmas present that keeps on giving.

Michelle is tough, don't get me wrong, but Michelle is not mean and there is a difference between tough and mean.

Michelle has helped me build my confidence and take my skills to a higher level.

Wise employment found me the job! They search very hard for me to get a job as I was struggling a lot and really needed a job. 10 out of 10 highly recommend them! Well done wise!

I can only comment on the quality of customer service from Andrew Wassef the Assistant Business Manager in the Chatswood office. He said that he would reply to my enquiry by the end of the week. I then followed up after 2 weeks and he apologised saying he was busy with management issues and would get back to me by the end of that week. After 2 months I've still not heard any response. They may have great service for their clients, but it's not acceptable for any external stakeholders.

Connecting with the Wise Employment crew; Ahmad, Adrian and Andrew here at this Chatswood branch has been a phenomenal experience that has given me the encouragement and belief in myself to re-enter the workforce!

I'm extremely grateful for the support I have received from Ahmad and the team at Wise Employment in Chatswood. I didn't believe that there was a job out there for me. I was told from previous employment services that "Your case is too complex. We can't help you". I lost hope in ever finding a job and thoughts of homelessness overwhelmed me but not anymore. Thanks to Wise Employment I am now not only employed but I am the happiest I have ever been. I can say with confidence that I love what I do and that I'm building a career that I am passionate about.
