I have been dealing with a wonderful lady called Shamle Zobair, who’s extremely professional and goes above and beyond any expectations that an employer could expect when dealing and supporting your clients with their special needs.
Shamle is a true legend in her approach with her interaction with the clients she supports and she is compassionate and caring and extremely loyal to her company and IT’s clients.
This lady deserves to be promoted and acknowledged for her dedication and hard work ethic and her professionalism.
She is extremely talented and intelligent and she goes above and beyond in every way.
If I had the capacity I would have her in a senior management role tomorrow.

I’ve been with WISE for quite a few years and I’m extremely fortunate to now have Shamle Zobair working with me. She is the most genuinely caring woman who goes above and beyond her role everytime to provide me with the support I need. Because my disability isn’t super obvious it’s often disregarded by people but Sham always understands and I am so so grateful to have her helping me and advocating on my behalf. Thank you Sham!

Where do I start. We feel so lucky to have found Shamle Zobair as the most passionate, caring and genuine person ever in our years of dealing with staff from different DES Agencies. Sham is way above average and is so professional, hardworking, strong and respectful that we can’t believe our luck that we have her helping us, especially when it comes to representing us in her dealings with those concerned. We have the utmost confidence that she is always working her very best in supporting our son and those she has responsibilities too and really appreciate what she is doing.

I would like to share about my experience with Wise employment, Burwood. It was actually a blessing in disguise for me to be allotted to such a wonderful, professional and very helpful organisation. They were highly cooperative and helped me throughout my hiring process. I have been dealing with Ms. Mala Saraswati, Employment Consultant since May 2020. Mala is helpful, professional and an organised individual, used to call me frequently for any job vacancies. She had helped me in writing the Resume along with job specific cover letter preparation. She had also helped me in tweaking answers for Job application target questions. Mala was always on time for Face to Face / Phone appointment schedules. Even during weekends, Mala had assisted during interview preparation and thank her for wonderful service.

I have been supported by Wise employment Burwood more than a year, starting from empty resume to find a decent job and have been working for more than half a year now. Here, I would like to express my appreciations to Jeniffer who edited my resume and then I immediately received the call from employer the other day (what a magic!) Besides, big thanks to Mala, who has provided a great support especially during this pandemic time. She has talked to me and help to solve the problems I am facing and even shared the informations updated from fair workers and news she has studied. Mala is very knowledgeable, professional and supportive, I would say this!
