I have been with this office for 3 years. I can only say that I am so grateful that all the staff have the kindness, patience and the professional expertise that they have in this office to provide to the clients needs. Whether it leads to employment or not, they have. An understanding to make sure that you know that you've
them to lean back on. I am speaking from experience.thank you for all the support and not given up on me.

Ive been with a few different employment providers and out of all of them I would recommend wise employments services. They found me a job promptly and I was given continued financial and emotional support throughout the year since I started. Very kind and dedicated people. Thank you especially to Athina for being the best case worker I've had.

Omar was fantastic. Clarified everything for me and allowed me to understand the restrictions placed on the agency by the Govt

Wise Employment bankstown are the best, I don't understand why people are putting bad reviews when the workers there are so friendly and kind and all they want to do is help us in anyway they can, i have been with them for awhile now and all i have seen is that they are understanding and want to help in every way they can, so i recommend all these people that want to find employment or learn a course to get into your dream job is to give them a call and ask for there help and see yourself how they react to you all, they would help 100%, i would like to thank all the staff at bankstown wise Employment for all there support, and to keep up the great work they are offering.maria.

Wise stuffing up again.back with Wise. I got a txt saying I had not met my obligation. Payment will be cut off. Problem is I was on a medical exemption until last Friday, and haven’t heard hide nor hair from these clowns this week. I haven’t signed a mutual obligation agreement to break it.
I rang. Someone who didn’t identify themselves answered. Said ‘well did you do your job searching? ’ I explained that I don’t currently have a mutual obligation plan as my medical certificate expired 4 days ago and as yet Wise hasn’t been in touch with me to make one. It would be nice to get a phone call, text or appointment first.
She said she’d put me thru to someone who surprise surprise wasn’t available and will call me back.
So I am due to report to Centrelink tomorrow. If my payment is stopped Wise will be getting a very angry visitor tomorrow.
BTW when I recently had an ESAT with Centrelink I said I wasn’t impressed with Wise. She told me ‘yes we get a lot of complaints about them.but I shouldn’t say that. ’.
So if they are the subject of so many complaints why are they still a job service provider? Why are they being paid tax payer money for such a poor service?

This branch of Wise Employment and every other office should be reviewed and shut down for its appalling treatment of job seekers and the lack of support to employers. We have had to chase them up for reimbursements whilst their staff constantly pass the buck. They are meant to be supporting with people with disabilities and special needs but they need to be red flagged for having absolutely zero awareness on how to support vulnerable people in the community. The disgraceful mentality of the Employment Consultants must stem from lack of training and lack of empathy and further up the chain to Management. No such thing as a not for profit organisation. Their care factor is zero. This company is all about profit at the expense of disadvantaged people with disabilities. Please pay the employers the reimbursements they are entitled to. Following this review, I will be taking this complaint to the relevant government departments. Shame shame shame. Just look at the reviews and star rating. We can't all be lying right?

Reason being for my 5 star rating is Daria, has been so encouraging, motivating, positive and helpful in all aspects of her services to me. I feel she is an excellent leader, I look forward to her helping me grow and prosper in my self confidence, in the future too. With regards to my employment Daria really gave me self belief in my capabilities and strengths. As I am Diploma qualified in Early Childhood, I work at a Pre School, Daria encouraged and believed in me from the start and I am more confident in my field of experience now. Many thanks, Angela-Marie Kelly.

They have nothing to do only report you, they have no plan to help you to find a job, they have no responding or any respect for us even no answering for our calling, i should complain them for ombudsman we have to help other people by warning them that (do not elect or choose wise employment as your Job provider), be careful guys, i think my recommendation to close those offices because they are not professional at all

UNPROFESSIONAL. Conflict of interest sending people to jobs that their family owns and forcing them to work in what WHS would have a field day with. Threatened to send to the next job as far away as whoop whoop and suspend centrelink payments. Serious lack of of work ethics, this will be investigate. You are rude, mean and lack any empathy needed to work with any humans, (or animals).

Someone I knew was with these guys, I heard only bad things. The agents themselves don't have full time employment at WISE, they change them around every few months.

The worst of the worst. Breach constantly for unlawful reasons. I recently had an argument with Mo, one of the workers there, because he refused to arrange an appointment with Centrelink for me - his excuse was "I'm not going to sit on the phone to Centrelink for 2 hours".

Its his job and its part of the agreement in the Deed of Service the agency signs for a piece of the 2 billion dollars spent on these sham companies each year. His last words were when I asked him to stop being aggressive (he was slamming cupboards and banging on the table) were "You haven't seen aggressive yet". I wrote to the manager and informed her of the threat and received no response from them.

Rude, unprofessional, unethical " My way or the High way " behaviour. Have humiliated me badly for asking questions. Worst experience left me sick.

I am going there today and not heartened by the reviews or my experience in even getting the appointment. I have reduced capacity to work and have worked on and off for the last few years. I have always been with a disability service provider. Don't understand why I am not now. I got a text msg on Tuesday for an appointment on Wednesday. By law they have to give 3 days notice but didn't. I already had a medical appt. I rang the number it said to call in the txt. It goes straight to a voicemail. Leave a message for reception. So I did asking someone to call me so I could change time/day. No one did. Then I rang 1800 that is all over their website. A message was taken for someone to call me. After the time of the appointment you guessed it, I got a txt saying I missed an appointment and my Centrelink has been suspended. Something they are not legally allowed to do unless they speak to you to see if you have a reasonable explanation. I rang them again. The rude receptionist laughed when I told her I had rung a 1800 number for someone to call me. We don't have a 1800 number. Yes you do, it's all over your website! Then I spoke to the consultant. Again, very sarcastic about me having called to change appointment time. Same story. We don't have a 1800 number. So eventally I yelled at her 'I'm not lying! I rang the number on your website! ' Then asked to change appointment to next week. No has to be this week. So I said I can get there at 4pm yesterday. No. We only do these appointments at 9am. I said 'you're really helpful aren't you? '. I have chronic arthritis and am better in afternoons than mornings, but no, it has to be at the time they choose. Again, no mutual agreement on appointment times. So today should be fun. I'm already wanting to change to another provider.
UPDATE: Meeting this morning was okay. Was told they had found my message but got it too late. I also got a call from the manager who said I was not treated correctly and apologised. Turns out the company is WISE/AMES and WISE Is the DES part and AMES the mainstream part. But we are not to know that and shouldn't have to. My message went to WISE and they didn't have me as a client (I was transferred to DES today) but as I said to the manager the AMES people are less than 5 feet across the floor from the WISE people. Couldn't they ask them if I was their customer before throwing the message in the bin? And the reception recorded messages are obviously not being listened to. She agreed with me that it was unfair for my benefits to be suspended as I had actually done what I was supposed to do. I'm glad that this opportunity to improve their service will be addressed by the manager. Despite the press reports and politicians, not all of us are slackers or avoiding appointments. If I do something wrong then fair enough, but I didn't and at nearly 60 I don't sit back and take it anymore.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am legitimately horrified.

I don't even think anyone at the office knows what my disability is, and they clearly have no interest in offering relevant or useful support.

I've had one employee literally throw a petulant hissy fit when told, 'I'm sorry but that's none of your business, ' when she inquired about cuts on my arm.

I've also been told to 'go home and sort yourself out. Come back tomorrow. ' for having cuts on my arms.

I've heard employees yelling obscenities about other clients.

I've been unable to focus on my job search work because they play loud music (when the office isn't empty)

Though the office is usually empty and I see no-one. I've been mislead about the kind of assistance they offer, only discover months later they offer almost nothing. My consultant can't even give me a straight list of the places they offer courses through. I was just told to 'go look in that area. '

I've complained numerous times and nothing has changed. In fact after wasting my time for months someone came out and admitted over the phone that one person was basically running the entire office, which is why she never had time to do anything. As if I should feel sorry for this person.

They clearly have no concept of what it takes to deal with someone who has mental health problems. WISE antagonise my issues on every single level with their boorish insensitivity, and blatant indifference. This office should not be open. Period. These people shouldn't be allowed to pass themselves off as professionals, and they certainly shouldn't be dealing with ANYONE who has mental health issues.

They haven't the faintest idea what they're doing.

If I could give a zero I would. Very rude towards clients, it's their way or not at all. If you ask questions or try to negotiate what times they say they won't budge and have a too bad so sad attitude
