My experience with Wise Employment, Ashfield has been very rewarding and uplifting. Being fairly new to Australia, having moved here in the middle of the unprecedented Covid pandemic, I was quite disoriented in the employment market. My employment consultant, Megan has been the greatest source of support and inspiration. Because of my clinical anxiety, I am usually overcome with hesitation and fear of judgement and failure while facing interviews or following up with the potential employers, despite my talents and skills. Megan is full of passion, faith, empathy and optimism which is very infectious and it certainly worked wonders for me in finding work in my field of passion and expertise, which is education.
My brief engagement with Joann from the same branch of Wise Employment for post-placement support during my last job was also very helpful, motivating and comforting. She is very polite, empathic and considerate towards one's needs and well-being at the workplace.
Megan and Joann make a wonderful team and I wish them all the best in their good work.
