I just want to say a big big thank you to Ana Caloni whose continuous support demonstrated with a high work ethic helped me to get to where I am now. Thanks to Ana's consistency in helping me find a suitable employment and also cutting down and managing my day to day expenses I have finally managed to better my quality of life and well being, so I am very grateful for that.
Also a big thank you to Nathan Gale and Amy Shell who both have been and still are an additional support in my journey.
Thank you also to other team members like Melissa Robles and Bradley Sowter who helped me in the past and when I mostly needed their support.
Without the wise Employment team delivering a consistently professional service I wouldn't have managed to go forward and get to where I currently am, so thank you very much for that, it is very much appreciated.

My consultant Layla Tweed e has been extremely helpful, empathetic and helps me unconditionally. I have been with Wise for 2 years and signed back up so I can continue with Layla. She is professional, flexible, encouraging, understanding and I am always at ease. Can’t wait to continue with my Wise family.

Coming to Wise has been a really great experience for me because I have gotten all the support I have needed. My consultant Layla has been really patient with me and I really appreciate that. I've never met anybody who cared about people more than Adil Khan. He's one in a million! I'm very lucky to have him as my job consultant. May his tribe increase!

Initially I was made to feel like they were going to help and when things were looking up after a huge amount of burned energy, I was asked to write (him) a nice review just like some of the contrived nice ones posted here.
But, now my review will not be contrived.

~After a month of the back and forth of office visits (their darlinghurst office), phone calls.a waisted GP appointment to fill out their rainbowise Centrelink application documents.

~The facilitator had me email my personal info and requested proof of information, they set me up a phone appointment with a Centrelink advisor that never came on the day, even after my assigned rainbowwise facilitator told me to continue to wait for the call that never eventuated. (spent hours of waisted waiting time for nothing that afternoon) and later given a laim excuse of missing details that were obvious and not missing

~When I finally got a repeat phone appointment the following week, another phone call interview from Centrelink that was set up again by the rainbow facilitator; the call came an hour earlier than they said they scheduled me to have it for adding more stress that I didn’t need, my rainbow facilitator couldn’t get the communication going with Centrelink to liaise very crucial information.

~The result? The whole experience seemed completely unorganised in any professional way as lots of errors and miscommunications.

~all this was confirmed after my unpleasant surprise at the end of this boring experience where I was scheduled by the same rainbow agent to come into his office at 9am but only for him to inform me that after all of that BS he fed me, I wasn’t eligible. “Sorry but I really wanna help you” he said to me that morning in their basement office that I didn’t want to be in- “Really mate? So does my mother! ” THERE WAS NO INSIGHT THERE THANKS!
~That final episode arranged for me that morning should’ve been carried out by a phone call to me and not to have asked me to come in at 9am to see him just for him to give the unexpected bad news, I mean who did that serve? You and your ego? -I did give them that feedback.
To say anything positive.
~Initially, They were really good at making you feel like they were genuine which blindly led me to reveal too much information to a virtual stranger, I regret that part the most. Sadly this is just another typical ‘not-for-profit’ true story that waisted my valuable time and personal energy.

Met with Jake and Izzy, they made me feel safe and comfortable. RAINBOW WISE might just be getting its footing but its an excellent start to a delightful, inclusive program. I have 0 complaints about my interactions so far and I am excited to see where this opportunity takes me.

Many people at WISE are professionally helpful particularly Bridgette who installs my confidence, connects me with others, recommends me classes, helps me solve issues, always encourages me when I'm low.

I have been working with Wise Employment Darlinghurst and my consultant Jake Mcdonald at the Daringhurst office for the last few weeks. Jake has been helping me with my employment search activities in a professional manner and has also been very proactive and empathetic in guiding and encouraging me. What I like about Wise Employment, Darlinghurst is their friendly and welcoming office atmosphere and people and the engagement they provide as employment consultants. Jake has also been helping me as part of the Rainbow Wise initiative. Jake is always accessible and prompt in responding with empathy and good cheer. People like Jake and the others here give me hope about a good, benevolent universe. Thank you Wise Darlinghurst.

I have been with wise employment since early 2019. Since then Melissa has been very helpful in many ways. I have completed courses to give me more opportunities for employment and also gained more insight to what and where I see my future.
I have been able to gain employment on my own twice since 2019 and unfortunately have also lost those previous employment due to unforseen circumstances. Never the less Melissa has always been very supportive and sends me emails containing opportunities of current employment, which I am always happy for her to put forward my resume for.

The constant support given by Melissa is amazing and I could not be where I am today without the support for herself and her follow work colleagues.

Thankyou Melissa so very much without the support you've given me I could not image I'd be where I am today. Currently employed and feeling so much better about my future overall.

Recently was introduced to a work colleague of Melissa's by the name of Kevin.

I met with Kevin early this month and briefly filled him in with my past and the encounters I've had with previous employment and employers. Kevin had encouraged me that he was going to help me gain employment and had such a positive attitude which just made me feel even better about me gaining employment and being successful in doing so.
I attended one interview which was unsuccessful but never the less I didn't get done about it.

Kevin then informed me of another potential job which was close to home and suited me perfect.
I went for an interview last Tuesday and was advised that same afternoon that I was successful in obtaining the position of employment and I started work that same week Thursday.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Kevin as he helped me at a time where I thought I was never going to finemploymentagain or for at least along time that's for sure.

Kevin is amazing at what he does and I strongly recommend wise employment to anyone trying to gain employment or even just trying to further their studies to be successful and have the career they have always wished they could.

The support not only Melissa and Kevin have given to me has given me the confidence to go out and achieve my goals and reassures me that I can achieve so many things if I just believe not only in myself but in those who put their own time and effort into seeing others strive and achieve in themselves.

That k you so very much to Melissa and Kevin for all the support you've provided,
With out the help from the both of you my current employment would not have been possible.

One of the best decisions I have ever made.
I signed up for Wise Employment around February 2020 just before the pandemic hit.

Emma was so supportive and encouraging the whole time, even when the world was in complete lockdown. I found work at the end of last year and it is the best job I have ever had.

While job searching, Emma listened, respected and cared about my mental health and only looked for jobs I would be comfortable doing and that I was genuinely interested in.
