Wise Appliance Service

Have used them before. This time it was my washing machine. They helped me locate a new part (door seal) and when the technician came he knew exactly what he was doing and worked at great speed to fit it - within half an hour. I strongly recommend this business.

The dishwasher mechanic was unable to diagnose what was wrong with our machine and charged me $200.

He gave me an (unasked for) basic lesson in how to use a multi-meter - presumably to bolster my confidence that he knew what he was doing. (I am proficient in electronics.) He went over the initial time, which would have been fine if he knew what was wrong, but he was obviously stumped. I could see him stalling.

The advice he gave was, "It's just a matter of deduction; these things are plug and play. You can replace the next two parts by yourself without me. "

I initially chose this business for its excellent reviews but I would not recommend them at all after this experience.

I chose this company for dishwasher repairs because I was impressed with the reviews on their website and I was not disappointed. Yesterday I rang at 8 am and technician John was at the door at 9.30am. He worked carefully and efficiently and with little mess had the problem corrected in good time.
I’m impressed with the prompt service, a very competitive fee and a warranty for the repairs. In future if I need to have white goods repaired, this is definitely the company I will choose.

John was friendly and thorough. He thoughtfully assessed the problem and despite not fixing the machine I was very happy with the advice and recommendations that he provided about replacement.

Could not ask for a better tech than Martin.
Did not miss a trick and found our water leak,
That was hard to trace.

Super service from Wise Appliances and our technician, Val. Another company had quoted 3 weeks to come out to repair our washing machine but Val was able to come out the same afternoon. He diagnosed the problem quickly, was able to fix it within the call-out time and gave us advice on how to prevent the issue again. Thank you, Val

Very satisfied with Wise Appliance Service, would definitely use them again. My washing machine was coming up with an error. I rang at 8.30am and was booked in for the same day. What impressed me most is that I was told a 2 hour window of time and when they knew the technician was going to be late I received a phone call informing me of the new 2 hour window of time. Val arrived, he was very courtesy and polite. He said he could change the part that was faulty but the machine was old and worn out. I appreciated his honesty.

Fantastic service I rang at 8.30am and I had a repair man to fix my LG combo washing machine in under 90 mins. Blocked drain filter which was stuck so hard to get to but it was completed in service call time. Will use this service again if required.

Our Miele dishwasher wasn't draining, so I booked Wise to get a technician out. Val, was really great, found some broken glass had jammed the drain pump, fixed it and explained how to service it regularly with a hot wash to clean out the pipes. He was helpful, friendly and the cost was fair and reasonable. I would not hesitate to use Wise again.

$160 call out fee only to tell me what I told them the problem was over the phone.

Week later email me to say they can't get the Westinghouse part when it was a whirlpool oven.

If ya can't fix it you don't deserve any money in my opinion

Be weary some what a scam

Had one of their technicians to come have a look at our broken fridge. Our fridge was fixed the same day as the technician had the spare parts in his truck. Can only recommend their services. Friendly staff that provides great tips.

We had a problem with our dishwasher, called Wise Appliance Service and technician was out within a few hours. He came and fixed the problem and was very reasonably priced! We have had several people in our area recommend them and now I know why. Will use them again as well as recommend them to others.

As happens, house full of guests, it's Christmas holidays and washing machine has problem. Very difficult to get anyone - everyone's on hols. Maker unhelpful. Looks like I will have to wait a week! Do laundromats even exist anymore? What a ghastly thought. Finally got on to Wise appliance service. The technician was prepared to come way out of his way, and out of work hours on same day. So grateful. He was knowledgable, helpful, informative and efficient. Problem solved quickly and at very reasonable price. I will use in the future. No hesitation at all in recommending Wise service.

Firstly, I do not write reviews unless the service is exceptional, and that is exactly what I received with Wise Appliance Service. Exceptional work 10+/10. The initial inquiry was quickly and efficiently responded to. The on-site check was done immediately - was given a time frame of up to 2 weeks for the parts to come in only to have them here in 2 days. Fitted the new parts within 3 days total. Then when we had an issue with the new parts being faulty, they came out at the NEXT available time, re-evaluated, got the new parts and fit them in the same day FREE OF CHARGE for this error. You ABSOLUTELY CANNOT GET ANY BETTER SERVICE THAN THIS. Highly recommended, friendly and professional service that really caters and looks after the customer. Thank you all once again - if we have any further issues we will be using you again for sure!

Had an awesome experience at the store, friendly staff, brilliant product display and over that reasonable prices and quick delivery and faster customer service.

I had an issue with my stove and reached out to a few services, but Valdas was the only one that responded right away and was available the next day. He was able to find the issue and fix it during the same visit. Very happy with a professional and fast service, will definitely contact Valdas again if I need assistance with any other appliance at home.

The element in my oven broke during COVID lock-down. Valdas came promptly, was very honest about the potential issues and managed to get the part and fix it within 2 days. I don't hesitate in recommending him. And he talk all necessary health precautions during this time.

My washing machine got out of order 2 days back, and it was difficult getting some one urgently for home repair of same is present conditions. But after searching online I found Wise Appliance and called them. I called them in morning and they completed the task by evening. Thanks a lot.
