Everyone i dealt with in this clinic was awesome. Very professional and made 3 wisdom teeth coming out a really great experience! A+

Dr Pinho was in a word, Brilliant! Id give Him personally 5 stars just based on the brief interaction I had with him.
He knew before I had even said a word that I had come to him for a second opinion & certainly a second quote as I was previously quoted $4289 just for an Oral Surgeon (that's not including hospital stay or a anaesthetists fee). Rightfully so as Dr Pinho quoted $970 for 4x Wisdom Teeth plus $150 as I need an extra tooth removed. Great Price in comparison, I should note that I do not have private health insurance so even with that price I was very happy to say the least. I left feeling a huge weight off my shoulders, that was until this morning.now i just feel as though I have wasted my time.
What isn't found on the website or mentioned by anyone until the consult, is that any treatment is subject to approval.well to my disappointment, I was Not Approved By The Wisdom Teeth Professionals!
Not even an explanation or a recommendation just, "Nope, sorry you need specialist. Goodbye! "

Dr. Douglas Lo never fail to deliver. As always his attention to the needs of patient is impeccable. As it took a long time for the Anesthesia to take effect, he patiently waited, during the extraction, patiently explained what's happening and before I knew it, all done. Truly thankful and grateful to GOD for using Dr Douglas. Best dentist ever. Salute.

Couldn’t recommend paulo pinho enough. I was going to be charged over 5.5-8k for 4 wisdom teeth removed when only one was an urgent problem.

Paulo made me feel comfortable and the procedure was quick. He answered all of my questions and the price was only 300 for tooth removal. I am a more anxious person so this was definitely a scary experience, but I’m glad I went here and not to a dentist that cares more about $$$ than their patients.

Very friendly staffs and Doctor. I felt comfortable and less nervous while extracting my wisdom tooth. I highly recommend this place, moreover, it is the cheapest dental service provider. Thanks!

Dr Paulo was helpful and explained everything to me really clearly. In the end I could not get my surgery done by Dr Paulo, but he told me everything that i need to do find a surgeon that can do the surgery. Wish i could do the surgery with him as i have only heard good things about him. The receptionist was also really helpful!

I highly recommend Dr. Paulo. I easily booked my consultation online and I was really well treated in the clinic.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. Dr. Paulo was amazing. He was very calm with me as I’m afraid of dentist. He did exactly what I needed for a fair price.

Possible they most humiliating and worst consult ever, arrogant and lack of empathy. You educate people you don’t make them feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. The only good thing is the reception lady. Took the day off work to come in and when I do that I don’t get paid as I’m a contracted worker, he simply did not care about how far u travelled and what u did to come and see him, just honestly they worst consult ever, I felt this the minute I walked in, if your having a bad day that’s not my problem. Feeling annoyed because you need to educate patients show no trust even if u could have done would have not gone ahead.

I had my wisdom tooth removed last week in this clinic. It was done very well and quick by Dr Pinho. I am really happy with the results and price! Will definetely come back.

After Mr Paulo suggested he’d pursue legal action against me because of this review, it has been reworded before it went public to avoid any possible misinterpretation.

A few months ago, I was attracted by the inviting prices this company offers and contacted them to have my case evaluated. I was told 3 of my teeth would be simple extractions, but the 4th was complex and would not be done by that same price. I then asked them to extract only the other 3 - but they refused to do so. Frustrating experience, but even though I ended up paying a bit more at other clinic, it's totally worth it the customer service this one lacks.

All the staff is very friendly and professional. I have always been afraid of going to the dentist, but they both are very kind and I felt relieved instantly. I went for a cleaning and check up and the service was excellent and paid only $99. I also got a quotation for an implant. Excellent value and service. Was easy to book online. Will come back for an implant soon. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for an excellent service and price!

Very hard to contact these people, I booked an appointment for my daughter. I been told its a Telephone consultation. I confirmed the booking by replying 'yes' to the SMS one day before my appointment. On the actual appointment day, I waited for an hour but no one bother to call me. On Next day, I tried to contact them again, but got a message saying their mailbox is full and then I replied to the same number which I got SMS that I haven't got a call to discuss my daughters wisdom tooth extraction. But no reply.
I tried to contact them on following week again to find out what's happening, my call got answered this time but the receptionist was so rude. She said doctor might have got confused as I replied 'Yes' for the SMS on Wednesday and sent a Text on Friday again. I told her it doesn't make sense as my appointment was on Thursday, how can he get confused if I text on Friday which is after my appointment date. She hung up the phone saying to email the surgery if any issues. I asked for EMail id but she didn't even bother to answer my question, but just hung up.

I am very grateful to Dr Pinho and team for a straightforward, pain-free wisdom tooth removal experience! The price also was excellent at $970 for all 4 wisdom teeth. Dr Pinho took the time to explain the procedure to me very clearly, answered all my question and calmed all my worries! So glad to finally had the procedure done and found these guys. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

As clearly stated on Dr Pinho's website he is a dentist who has done a course on surgical teeth extraction. He is not to be mistaken for a specialist. Sedation is performed by a dentist who has done a course on sedation ie a 'sedationist' not an anesthetist (specialist doctors). Good for uncomplicated, low risk teeth extractions. Overall happy as I could not afford a specialist ($1500 vs $970) and my teeth were low risk.

I was quoted a fixed price which was lower than anywhere else and that 's all I was charged. The work was completed to a high standard and to my complete satisfaction.

Don't fall trap of the affordability scam. He has no empathy and no concern for the patient or their well being. I would just say that Paulo Pinho is a terrible doctor and horrible professional. He has opened a butcher shop named dental clinic. The more teeth you take out the more preference you will be given. He tells me in the initial consult that I need to take one or two or four teeth out. I say I need one out. I book an appointment and specifically mention that. I ask her assistant that I need a confirmation if he wants to do it or not. I receive no call back. I call again that will he do it? She says ofcourse, if you want one, we will do one. After waiting two weeks, I show up at his clinic on the appointment date and he tells me that he can't do one tooth. I ask him why? He tells me that; "there are alot of Ifs". I swear I was taken aback by his unprofessional and ridiculous logic. I tell him that oka, I will do two if you recommend it. He says "no I am too busy now". I think he must have gotten another patient that was doing four teeth. I would just suggest that stay away from this doctor.

You must read my review as I have said that I had asked your assistant to ask you and call me back if you wanted to do one tooth. Your assistant never called back. Rather when I confirmed calling again that if the doctor wanted to do what I have asked for. She confirmed that; "yes! If you want one he will do one". And it made me feel good when it was a free consultation but as a patient it is my decision to go for one or two or four.

You told me that you were busy and didn't wanted to do the surgery anymore and I saw one of your other patients was outside. And doing surgery is not onlyo what a doctor does. He is also responsible for the whole wait of two weeks that I did to get to the appointment.

And this is a really strange logic that I take a tooth out that is not causing any problem (the upper right) rather than a tooth that is causing the problem (lower right tooth).

Credit to Dr Pinho for providing a cheaper option for wisdom teeth removal that is fantastic, smooth and obviously very skillful. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed for $970 in the day surgery and everyone from reception to scrub nurses were fantastic. Dr Pinho and Anaestheitist Dr Kerr are clearly very skilled professionals and really help to put my mind at ease for a procedure that I had previously been pretty nervous about. I expected to swell up a few days after surgery but the swelling never happened! I couldn't believe it. That's some excellent surgical skills Dr Pinho! I found him to be overall a really great guy with excellent bed side manner also. Thanks Dr Pinho and team, especially nurse Renee. I have already started spreading the word about your great service.

This guy is straight to the point. Doesnt waste time asking about your family or weather. The clinic is busy and eficient. I was able to have a free CBCT 3d exam on the spot and book my surgery the following week. It saved me at least $800 for the removal of my 4 wisdom teeth compared to my previous quote. Their anethetist made me feel very comfortable right before the procedure. I woke up with no pain and was able to go back to work after 3 days. The stiches they use also dissolved so no painful review. The only down side was having to be on soft food for 1 week. At least I lost some Kgs. Thank you Wisdom teeth professionals and Dr Pinho.
