45 Poor deliver service. We were home and the delivery person said they buzzed our unit and we were home so we would have seen him. Completely lied and said he came past. Then took 1 hour to call and get through to them and check what's going on.
I called back within 20 mins and he never answered. Phone logs to prove it.

An absolutely appalling experience at winnings. It started with the sales representative Aram bribing us to buy Miele by enticing us with a 10% rebate promise. However, after purchasing there was no response from Aram regarding how to retrieve the 10% rebate. We emailed Aram directly, and winnings as well. They have completely ghosted us and left us with no response. These people just scam you of your money and after the sale they disappear. I see that there are many people that have had the same horrible experience as me, so we should all get together and report this fraudulent company to court and sue them. They can’t just be getting away with scamming all of us and collectively together we can have a voice speaking out against liars and cooperations who support sales representatives who cheat consumers just to get a sale.
A plus for Zeena at Winnings Crows Nest. I’ve been a Winnings customer for over 30 years, when I recently had an issue with my delivery and order, Zeena acted quickly to resolve the issues. Nothing was a problem Thank you for your help Zeena - you provide exception customer service.
Be careful dealing with Winning Appliances. We ordered $27,200 worth of appliances on 25 January for our renovation which was imminent. We only ordered what we were told was in stock and would be stored in their warehouse until our builder needed it which was estimated to be Mid March. Our builder contacted them and many of the appliances are not available. When we tried to get more clarity our emails have gone unanswere. We have a team of builders who are costing us money holding us up.
Sabrina in there at Crown's Nest store was totally professional re the order and delivery - please thank her. A return customer - please keep up the good work there! Collecting the old appliances is a huge plus for us.
I wandered in one day a little lost, and was fortunate to be approached and looked after by the wonderful Sabrina. She was professional and helpful at every step of my renovation process. She would even answer emails and process orders during her days off! Made my renovations almost a joyful experience!
Having checked around other national retailers, I always return to Winnings Crows Nest for white goods. My recent purchase of a replacement clothes dryer was no different. A shout out to Nunda who has been there for years and knows her stuff. Delivery is carried out by employees so the service does not stop at the shop, even at 7pm just before Christmas. You will always win at Winnings.
Excellent service! There is minor damage to the range hood I purchased in Sept. It was only noticed 2 months later during my renovation. Winning Appliances organised new range hood delivered in two days notice. My renovation schedule was not affected at all! I really appreciate the excellent service! Highly recommended for anyone who wants top quality appliances and great customer services!
I recently purchased a Miele dishwasher from Winnings at Crows Next and Ms Svetlana Lachler was the sales person who assisted me. She was simply excellent and went well out of her way to explain the product and ensure I had delivery and installation on the day and time arranged.
I had a faulty Bosch tumble dryer - still under warranty - and could not get Bosch to replace it. Thank goodness I bought it at Winning because the customer support people at Winning helped me get the dryer replaced. I'm incredibly grateful and will be buying all my appliances at Winning from now till.forever!
We ordered a second Zip tap for our buyers pantry together with installation. The order lead time was reasonable and in fact it was delivered 3 weeks earlier than expected. The tap arrived and on the same day Zip called and arranged to install it the next day, The engineer arrived on time, was friendly and polite, did a good clean job and cleared up all the rubbish and small amount of messages from the install, including leaving the bench top clean. In an environment where so many supply chains have been adversely impacted by the pandemic this was a delightful customer experience - 10/10 to Winnings and Zip for a great Jobe all round!
Terrible non-existent customer service. When we walked in we were one of 2 customers and the store had at least 8 staff.while most were busy assisting customers on the phone the ones who were free completely ignored us. When we approached someone for asssiatnce they were quite condescending. What was worse was we knew more about the display items in the store than them and they didn't even make an effort to assist.
We finally decided to drive to Northmead store and were blown away by their customer service. What a difference!
Received excellent customer service from Svetlana. She was very knowledgeable, took into account our own situation and needs, and was helpful with advice both pre and post-sale. Was very thankful we visited her in store!
The most fabulous customer experience in purchase and installation of my dishwasher. In the showroom, the sales advisor was really helpful with all the information and really understood what I needed. The showroom organized takeaway of my old dishwasher and installation of the new one done together in 1 week all confirmed. The installation service was even better! They sent me an email telling me exactly when the delivery would happen within 2 hours. Followed up with email and text on the day. Tge installation person was so courteous, very skilled at what he did, ran me through all the dishwasher functions. I could not be happier. So impressed with Winning Appliances Crows Nest! Well done to your team! If there were more than 5 stars I would give all of them.
Fast, Easy to order in Winnings! Much better than another appliance who delayed the order for over three weeks.
I purchased a washing machine and a dryer. I paid $220.00 for installation which basically involved stacking the dryer on top of the washer, plugging it in and connecting the hose. The washing machine was incorrectly connected to the hot water tap.
Joseph arranged a refund of the installation cost and a technician to attend the same day to fix the installation. Joseph and Cannon (tecnician) saved what could have been a very negative experience.
Went to look at fridges and dishwashers today. We were greeted at the door and shown upstairs. We got some excellent professional advice from Colin. He was knowledgeable and to the point!
Then the friendly barista offered me a coffee, cookie and a babycino for our toddler who was just delighted.
We will be buying in a few months time.

Bought a new fridge with a water and ice dispenser, and the price was inclusive of installation. After delivery men left I noticed there was no water. I pulled the fridge out and reviewed the installation manual, to find they had connected the hoses without testing or flushing them (which the instructions say to do). Nor had they attached the filter to a wall, but rather left it lying horizontally on the floor (it is meant to be installed vertically on a bracket). Because they have already connected the hoses, I cannot un-connect them to do the installation properly myself. Called the store to be told someone can come back the next week, and they can only advise of a 2 hour window on the day. Unreliable and unprofessional. Definitely on my blacklist. Got a a new washing machine recently from Whitfords which was seamless. Will be happy to update my review if someone is dedicated to putting the customer at the centre of their process and fix it properly.
I had a warranty issue with a product. I visited the store at Brookvale and was greeted by Store manager Darren. He reached out to manufacturer and problem has been fixed. This is typical of service I always receive at this store
