Always friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We had new toughened glass fitted into the front window of our caravan which I removed. Great job!

Very friendly service, very helpful and extremely efficient. Thought I'd have to wait until the following day to collect my Perspex cutting job but they did it on the spot whilst I waited. Saved me a bit of time and fuel which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend their services!

Extremely over priced. Took 2 days to cut a small mirror (400mm x 500mm x 3mm) and a piece of Perspex (400 mm x 900mm x 2mm), which I was informed they didn’t have 2mm and that 3mm would suffice and that it would fit and bend easily (which it didn’t). So, I wasted $105 and 2 days waiting. Front desk service was condescending and rude. I will never use them again and will not be recommending them to anyone and everyone I know.

Great customer service, top quality work, prompt, reliable, honest.they are now my go to for glass for my restoration projects.

Have twice rung and asked for quote, sending a photo by email each time, as requested by the office. First told "we don't do work where we didn't do the original installation". Three months later tried again. Phoned, they asked for photo, sent, No reponse.

Booked in for a window repair. Waited for them to show up. I had to call the office to be told they are running late. Couldn’t tell me how much longer they would be I can understand that but I had to go to another appointment as well. I rebooked for 830am in the morning thinking this would be the first job They still didn’t turn up I rang the office again. To be told someone hadn’t turned up for work and the boys were at another job. Obviously my job wasn’t that important. A call from them on both occasions to advise that they would be late would have been appreciated. Not the customer having to call the office Not a good service at all

So incredibly happy with this service. I had a window replacement carried out. I called this morning (in the middle of lockdown mind you) and they managed to fit me into their busy schedule. The man who carried out the replacement was lovely and so efficient and skilled, and the lady I spoke to over the phone was lovely too. More than anything, I was very happy with the price. Windsor glass is great value for money with lovely customer service. I'd highly recommend to anybody.

Had Perspex cut to size. Good price. Very quick service and friendly people. Would do business again if the need arises. Recomend Windsor Glass and Glazing.

Slow.then when given excuses blaming couriers - organise new day to pick up.then get called that day and get pushed back until following morning.just turned up this afternoon to pick up.
Get told still not ready and do I mind waiting an hour?
Do I mind? ! He’ll yes I do!
Who’s to say that hour doesn’t turn to another day or week.
Left shop angry and disappointed.been told try again tomorrow it will be ready.
Needless to say never again.
Glad I only paid for my little shower - going elsewhere for the larger 2 I need
