Took Car in for 1st service, was told it would take 2hrs, but to our pleasant surprise it was ready within 40mins.

I had some issues in the last couple of years with Holden as a manufacturer and with some other holden Dealers. To be honest Winsdor holden werent the greatest in the Past, but since their new Service Manager things have definately changed! They are on the ball! I huge thank you to Joel Wiggens for sorting my issues out and providing an exceptional customer service experience. HIghly recommend now. He was precise, straight to the point, no empty promises and very solutions based - Exectly what customers need nowadays. 5 Stars from me

I was happy with the guys who service my car even the front desk staff who served me was polite the front desk staff who drove me to work was pretty cool.l will definitely be taking my holden cruze back to get another service. Hopefully they continue to do a good job on my car the way they have l will keep going back.

Nothing but problems
Car has been back and forth many times in 2 yrs
Problems after problems. Technicans do not know what they are doing goes in with 1 problem comes back with another

I brought the car here in response to a recall of some vehicles with faulty airbags. When I first called to make an appointment, I was informed that it'd take about 1 hour for the service. Upon getting there, I got something different - 5hrs which was later amended to 2hrs after I mentioned that I needed the car to get to work. I am happy to report that it took much less than the quoted time. I got the car back 1hr 10mins later.
Pleasant experience overall. I can't complain.

If I could give them negative stars I would. They have no respect for your car left a big dent and a scratch on my car and told me I came in with. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR A SERVICE.worst dealership in Sydney.

In 2016 we brought a new 2016 holden ssv redline, put it in for a service and discovered that they have a very bad service department, go forward to 2019 and we were told that they are much improved and give good service,
well they are still rubbish and hopeless they wouldn't know what good service is, just let me say that after i got my car back i had to take it some where else to fix what they should have done, and payed for it my self

After dealing with other yards I found the team at Windsor Holden to be more than happy to help. Ended up buying a new car from a young bloke called Ben. Very professional and informative with a great knowledge of the cars on the lot. Ben did his best to seal the deal. Will be back.

1st Oct 18. Tried to book my Saab in for the airbag recall and got told the 18th of Dec was the earliest I could have it done. Clearly this dealership is not interested in doing these recalls as I rang Castle Hill Holden and they booked me in for this Friday. They obviously don't understand what service means! Now I'll do my best to discourage anyone from going there, especially as I'm a motor dealer too.

Rude, untrustworthy, 1 of our new cars has had a noise since the day we got it and its been back 5 times they still cant fix it. GO ELSEWHERE FOR A NEW CAR. Windsor holden couldn't careless

This place is the worst. Put my car in for a simple Service when I went to pick it up they had my front end pulled upart. When I got it back they tried to change for parts they hadn't changed. My CV's were fine when the car went in and no good when it came out. SO AVOID THIS PLACE like the plague

Could not get any service today called twice even went in I was looking at the track. Salesman on his phone in the yard and two sitting inside I left I didn’t want to disturb them so I left. I will try another day somewhere else.
