Great service the guy was most helpful. The auto carwash cleaned the van well except for the roof

Its an ok clean but the automatic wash broke my mirror on my mercedes so id be careful its a little rough.

Great selection of cleaning products through the high pressure washer. Has a blower in the wash bay too! Great place for a quick stop so I don't have to set-up my gear at home.

Used to be 22 for a car wash, now $30 so drove out and went to 711 shellharbour for $16 for the same thing.
Vacuums were down at 711 usually $2 gets the whole car vaccumed now $5 wasn't enough to do the job and minimum $3 to continue.

Car ended up clean but there's a lot of functions on there I wasn't sure if they were any good. Maybe a blokey thing. Easy to use

NEVER AGAIN! Long time customer. I had a fantastic routine rinse, pressure wash, brush wash was (approx $3) then rinse, spotless rinse or dry (approx $3) being an enjoyable satisfying process once a week. ($2 minimum)
NOW ITS $5 minimum 5 minutes. This works out $5 minimum 5 mins wash then $5 minimum rinse, $10 minimum. I paid $5 having to brush wash (no rinsing) like a crazy person, then not even rinsed properly (no drying) and my car is still dirty. Was I meant to pay another $5 to get the wash done properly?
Past experience the wash doesn’t start for up to a minute or sometime no soap and there is no one there, it’s going to cost you another $5.
Once I realized of the price change, I had $3 in the machine and couldn’t get in out. The young man said “it works out the same minutes” when I asked him about the more than double price rise, but what he doesn’t realize, is the time allowed to do this is shorter (as you strictly have $5 for 5 minutes for everything) and the car isn’t washed or rinsed as well. I was going to vacuum as well today, but definitely not going to pay extra $5-$10. This use to be convenient but I don’t want to pay $20 to Wash and vacuum my own car and IT’S STILL DIRTY.

The facilities are well maintained & clean.
You have the option of washing your car by hand if you are detail oriented. They also have a drive through autowash if you prefer the convenience of remaining in your vehicle. The drive thru option has an attendant during certain hours, no attendant outside those hours but everything is provided for you & super easy to use.
Pricing is quite reasonable though some may find it a little pricier than the likes of a 7-11 drive thru but you really can't compare the two as this facility has everything required to clean your car outside & inside - yes, they also have vacuum facility on-site!

A little disappointing to find high pressure rinse not working properly, what should have taken me a minute to do took easy 3 mins and when your paying for time it matters

Be sure to have a couple of extra dollars on hand to wash the mud away from the ground before actually washing your car, otherwise you will be walking on mud. Although there were two attendants at the time they were too busy to wash the mud from the ground although they did offer a $2 wash after my car was washed.

Washed and vacuumed my car. Love the self service. Operating hours are actually 8am - 8: 30pm with the last gate shutting at 9pm.

They used to be good and efficent, but prices gone up and service down, today at 1130 got $23 wash, NO chamois off of glass etc at end, wheel rims still very dirty, attendant there at start never seen again,
Get a bucket and hose do it yourself its much cheaper,

It's good, but it was better when the guys used to do a pre-wash spot clean and then chamois the car after the wash.

Was after somewhere too quickly wash the dirt and salt off my car so swung in here. Worker there scrubbed my wheels, took my aerial off and put it back on before and after the wash, whipped down my windows after the wash as well (did leave a few steaks but much better then if he didn't) much better experience and got more then I thought I would have before stopping it.

Self service wash and vacuum, area is normally tidy, although more bins on site would be very beneficial

Paid $26 for the automatic drive thru wash, barely made a difference, then used my card to pay for one of the vacuums and it couldn’t even suction at all to my hand, had to go home and do the whole thing again

Excellent self service car wash. Haven't tried the manual wash yet.
All hoses were recently replaced and the entire establishment is very well maintained.

Great car wash with great facilities. Had to take a star off for the layout though.
I needed to mainly vacuum my car and had to awkwardly maneuver around so that I could get in a bay then do it again to go around the back for a wash. Was fine cause no one was there but I could imagine it being hard on a busy day.
Not a lot of signage either so if I was coming from the North I would probably miss it. Good prices though and the auto wash looked real nice.

Automatic cat wash is my favourite service and does a better job than other drive in car washes
