Horrible. Where is my package?
A week later.still no package. This is ridiculous.
Almost 1 month and still nothing. I’ve messaged multiple times. I live 10 minutes from your warehouse and you can’t get me my package?
We are a not-for-profit business and have been using Winc for a number of years now - very happy with their service! Website is easy to navigate, orders are dealt with and delivered promptly, invoices, customer service very responsive & accounts department efficient. Prices are much cheaper on the whole than other large stationery suppliers. They are always looking for ways to do things better and are open to suggestions from customers! Would really recommend)
Like what other customers said, yes the delivery is quick BUT some of the items never arrived. Tried to call them, took longer that a flight to Europe from Australia. Items never arrived, but had already been charged. Plus, their prices are MUCH HIGHER than Coles or Woolies. I don't understand as why companies are still using them!
Terrible customer service. I can't get through on the phone, the chat section gets you nowhere, and responses to emails take ages and don't lead to any resolution. I am still waiting for an order many months after placing it. My employer has a contract with Winc, otherwise I would shop elsewhere. Not happy!
I have been chasing up a delivery for the past few weeks, the purchase was made nearly 8 weeks ago.
I've created 2 cases and called multiple times with the promise of a follow up call or email, but there is no communication from Winc.
Ordering was easy, but customer service is terrible.
On-line purchase from Winc was a breeze. I also had a chat with one of their consultants. He was helpful and polite.
Fantastic! We are a new start-up in the disability sector, and I used to work with one of the biggest operators in that sector, so I knew the products and the ordering system, but also knew what my old employer was paying for huge orders was not what we were going to pay for 1-2 boxes of maybe 10 different order lines.
I did my homework, and got comparative prices and delivery costs to us, from 2 other companies, and then reached out to Winc. Kiera and the team at Winc put together a very competitive price list on the products we wanted to order and helped me to open a new account. We placed our first order on Friday, and it arrived in perfect condition, early on Tuesday afternoon.
I can't recommend them enough. It has been a huge help, and one less thing to stress about, for a new start-up company with limited finances.
I hope to repay their support for a $170 order with much bigger orders as we grow.

Swapped from a well known big brand retail office supplies company to Winc. Never looked back - great pricing, fast delivery and honest stock levels.
Bought a coffee machine from WINC early December as a gift the machine worked for about a month then stopped. After some trouble shooting I found the on/off button to be stuck therefore in my opinion has been supplied as non merchantable quality. Contcted WINC after a few days I was issued a claim number and I need to make a claim through the manufacturer directly. I've now gone through this process and I need to take the machine to a service centre myself to get it fixed or replaced. A 45 minute drive from where I live this to me is unacceptable.
If I had of got the machine from someone else I would have just taken it back for replacement or refund, I didn't by it from the manufacturer I bought it from WINC.
If I wanted a boat anchor for my bench then that's what I lwould have bought!
Been contacting Winc to follow on a delivery for a number of weeks and still have no updates on delivery. They always say they will check and get back to me - which has never happened. The items are just sitting in the warehouse according to the tracking. I emailed them and there was no reply. I understand that many companies are affected by covid but it doesn't mean you cannot communicate well with your customers. I don't usually write a bad review publicly but I think this level of service is totally unacceptable
Made an order and the warehouse sent the wrong book 3 times. I tried to be patient but three times is a joke - I have three copies of a book I’ll never use. I have left these incorrect books out to be picked up for weeks - no pick up. Requested a refund for book I never got. Still waiting. People shouldn’t have money taken fir products never received. Major issues with this company. Never again.
Ordering was easy. Good "In Stock" product range and competitively priced. Now the wait.
