They ran out of light beer at the upper bar and asked me to go down stairs to get them, instead of getting a staff member to bring some up. Pretty bad.

This is a great little stadium, beautiful views out over the ocean. Seating goes right up close to the field, so you are closer to the action. Easy access to food and drink from the stadium seating. Getting in through the turnstiles was quick and easy.

Good indoor venue for performances. Good acoustics. Seating position variations can affect your enjoyment as the two large screens are difficult to see if you are seated at the sides. You have to turn 90 degrees and look beyond the person beside you.
Limited street parking throughout the area.

Not a bad ground, but I have a disability and walk with a cane. The toilet situation was awful. A trailer with 4 stalls for women and about 40 ppl lined up. There were other toilets that my daughter went to but you had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get there. No way I could do that, so I was quite disappointed as I missed about 25 minutes of the game. Also when we got there we grabbed an alcoholic beverage and found a nice spot on the hill. After about 10 minutes we were told to move coz it was an alcohol free zone. There were no signs so we had to walk further down, past a fence (pretty much on the halfway line) and a small sign on it that said no alcohol.

I'd give 5 stars for this stadium but there's only one big screen in the venue so we couldn't see any information on try decisions etc from where we sat. Very annoying. It's a great spot with good views of the ocean and I'd go again but sit on the other side to see the screen.

Catering is terrible. In northern stand, 10 minutes b4 1/2. Small line, very limited food choice. Took 15 minutes to get 2 pies & cokes at football. No hamburger caravan as usual. Better service on the hill not looking after Red V members who pay a premium to sit in stands. 100 metre line up with 3 single gates to get in
1 screen to watch replays 120 metres from Northern stand.
Sunday afternoon footy, the canteen at local ground does a better job, let them do it & take profit to local juniors.

Great classic stadium. Awesome view of the ocean from the western grandstand. Terrible refereeing that resulted in the Raiders being robbed. But that's more the NRLs fault than this particular venue. So still happy to give it 5 stars.

A spectacular location for a stadium, literally on the beach. On a Sunday afternoon it can be truly glorious overlooking the ocean while taking in a game of footy.

You are nice and close to the action with a great view of the on field action, especially from the upper levels of the north and western stadiums.

It is exposed to the weather. Some more protection from the rain would be good, but the wind can be cold as well. Rug up!

The TV screen needs to be four times bigger.

If we ever have that type of weather again you will have to supply life jackets, go the Dragons

Great location. Certainly an improvement on what it was. Great meeting rooms & very well organised for any event.

Great stadium with all the facilities you need and the action is close to the fans to enjoy. It can get cold and windy with the sea breeze, especially at night. Parking options are limited so a short walk is required. Plenty of local shops, bars and restaurants nearby to enjoy after the game. Well worth a visit.

A huge stadium in Wollongong as a temporary home ground for Wellington Phoenix with a beautiful view of the South Pacific Ocean one the other end of the stadium.

We sat on the hill side as we where there with the rugby clubs and before half time they had ran out of food to serve and as approaching the food servers area a lady came out and rudely told me to leave

Got to be one of the most beautifully situated stadiums in the world! The hill is the best place to be, but with covid limitations we had to explore the northern grandstand seating for the first time. Yikes!: (

Venue for amazing but it takes forever to get food on the western concourse as they only have 1 food outlet open even though they have a second at the far end but it is never opened. Food is often not good as it's either very soggy with oil or has no salt and that's after waiting like 20 minutes for food. Hotdogs are often unavailable due to them not having cooked hotdogs. Also on the 2nd May 21 someone 3 rows in front of me kept vaping this resulted in a very unpleasant experience, and there where no security guards anywhere to be seen.

Seating is ok, it needs a few more jumbo screens, but drinks and food are expensive and the queues for drinks are ridiculous. Drink and eat in town either before or after whatever you're attending.
