Friendly staff who explained the registration process and linked us with various house and land package options back in 2019.

Don’t believe the masterplan! Just check out the progress at this developers other site in Victoria. Promises of beautiful streetscapes and parks and wetlands. 3+ years later we have weeds, piles of crushed rock and a mulch laden wetlands (which has no water or greenery believe it or not!).

A few other things to consider before you make this big investment:

We had a 2 year delay with titles.

Developer has no interest in discussing concerns raised by residents.

Think carefully before such a big investment.
