I rang this company regarding wasps and chose to do so because of the good reviews.all justified. Manda was professional, caring and so helpful and as they were in the area came within hours and actually solved the problem.
Its great to deal with people who are passionate about what they do and care about service and their customers. I hope not to have pest issues too often, but I know who to call if I do. They also sell eco-friendly garden sprays.

I HIGHLY recommend Wilson's for any of your pest control needs. Wilson's are the definition of professionalism, genuineness and they really do care. Very few like them left! I contacted Manda about my termite issue and she was over the next day with all her gadgets checking walls. She was extremely knowledgeable and advised us on the best approach calming our anxieties. She took her time, listened to our concerns, was genuine in her advice and offered detailed information regarding our termite issue. In fact, Manda correctly identified that our wooden fence was where our termite issue originated from. I cannot be more grateful to Wilson's. They came out to the house to do a quick inspection and gave us peace of mind! Don and Manda were very friendly and professional when talking with me in the phone. They gave me the best suggestions on my issues of dealing with possible incoming termite migrations in my backyard. Instead of aiming at earning some quick money they are trying to help us out in the phone. They offered me some very useful information by email as well. What a great help! Manda come over as we suspected we had rodents in the roof. She quickly identified that there was a pigeon roosting there which was the cause of the sounds we were hearing at night. She was very friendly and professional. She filled up a rodent bait station for us, which we didn't know what it was until she told us what it was (recently moved in). Honest business, she ended up charging us less than she quoted us over the phone as the job turned out to be smaller. Very happy =)

Manda the person who answered the phone was so helpful, she asked the right questions. Amada, who returned my phone call, was so lovely and patiently asked a lot of details regarding the pest problem I encountered in my place. She also emailed me further details of things need to be prepared and be mindful before and after the services.
On Thursday Don (the technician) came to my place and delivered the services. He professionally carried out the procedure with extra care (while I got two children on school holiday) and reminded me things I need to be aware of.

We booked our service with Wilson pest control a fortnight ago for our German cockroache problem. We have not had a issue since they have come. We were referred by a family member who also use Wilson's pest control who are also very happy with the service. Both Mandi and Don were friendly, professional on time and knew their stuff.
