Wilson's Estate Agency

Shame there's not a minus stars option. Rookie error. I could have saved myself from dealing with an agency and property manager who show zero interest in the basic rights of their contracted tenants - if only I had read the ton of poor reviews before signing a lease with this agency.

As a current tenant of this agency I can say that money/commissions are clearly thee priority for Wilson's Estate Agency - Customer service and duty of care - are *NOT*

This agency and the property manager (I deal with Greg) treat tenants like peasants who are essentially only contracted to pay their commissions.

I finally have hot water supply to the kitchen 10 MONTHS IN TO A 12 MONTH LEASE- AND they're chasing me for an outstanding 'call out fee ***NO FAULT FOUND***' of $121 for the plumber who fixed the shower issue after 4 months of cold showers!

They still haven't answered the request I made at the start of the lease to have picture railings professionally installed in the concrete wall's so that I could display photo's and memories. THEY LITERALLY DON'T CARE. This is just the tip of the ice-berg.

I recently submitted an NCAT application for a reduction in rent due to lack of essential services but withdrew because I am just done. I NEVER ever ever want to deal with these unaccountable, cruel, callous, emotionally-void people ever again. And that's how they'll get you. Too exhausted and undervalued to bother.

Before I end this review I will mention that I've read your review responses (to negative reviews only - you might consider thanking those who have made the effort to leave positive reviews!) ***and I have no doubt whatsoever you'll come back with a counter-attack that is shallow and predictably unaccountable. I don't care. I will never ever deal with your agency or employees again, and I will always suggest the same to others.
