I went to Williams at Macquarie yesterday and I was so impressed by Marie, who works there. The store was quite busy at that time, with her co worker on a break, but Marie remained super calm and she was just so lovely and helpful throughout my experience there. What a great employee!

Had a great sales experience tonight with Devesh. Very attentive and friendly, and helped us picked out our shoes. Didn't once push me to make a purchase and even helped look online for stock and size.

Devesh is such a lovely store person. He was so kind and helpful to me when I was looking for a particular style of shoe. An asset to your company.

Thank you to Alofa for your help with selecting my son's school shoes today! Her customer service is superb and deserves a mention!

I bought a pair of shoes for my husband and he wanted to wear them home. I asked if they had a bin to throw his old ones and in.
The shop assistant didn't look yp from the till but pointed to outside the store and said there was one outside
. She was very rude and in my opinion has no customer service

Haven recieved shoes ordered instore onljne. They are not giving me any shipping info and no way to contact. Maybe blocked my phone numbr.nasty woman shop kipper.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from one lady in here. Only one, the other younger one is seemingly junior, and hopefully doesn't learn poor attitudes, because she was lovely. So unfortunate because this shop has a great range of shoes.

The Wiiliams shoe shop is located in Macquarie Centre, near Big W.

I usually look out for their sales, particularly their half-year sales near EOFY.
The staff are friendly and attentive.

Good fashion store,
Located within Macquarie shopping centre which is one of the biggest shopping centre in Sydney.
Plenty of free park in (first couple of hours) available, including disabled parking and wheelchairs access to the centre and shops.

Pros:
Perfect location. Just in by the Big W. Good collections. Best place for synthetic non leather shoes. Environmental friendly. Promotions are always on. Staffs are good and agile. Price is descent compared to other stores. Good for for both business and casual shoes collections.

Cons:
Should have membership benefits also.

Lack of customer service, may be because of having only one counter. Took 10 mins to close the sale.

Honestly it was so busy today but Jasmin one of the employees was doing a great job at juggling 4 kids and at least 3 groups of other customers and still made time to attend to me. Great service and very friendly customer service!

4.1 - Had great service the other day when I wandered in to look at shoes. It ended up being a great shopping experience and I ended up with two pairs of shoes because of the sale (unexpected!). One of the ladies was very helpful! And the others were relatively friendly too.

Horrible customer service, yesterday night the lady serving had a horrible attitude, today went back for exchange, same lady again!: (Definitely a lack of customer service and bad attitude! I ve been Shopping there for the last 10 + years. No going back again.

Williams shoes is my Favourite shopping.
Always have helping from the people working there if they don't have in the store they buy for me on line. But this week on thersday
Was there a very lazy girl didn't want to ring the store or buy for me on line just talked to me now is very hard to fine because is in stock.
The first girl promise me to find in other stores
But the second so lazy.
Not deserve to work there.
Now I just went on line and find tree pairs of shoes.

I was impressed by the helpfulness of staff when choosing shoes, and had a faulty pair replaced instantly (walk-in, walk-out). Definitely recommend!
