Arranged a time to quote for my job. The service person did not turn up and failed to contact me despite my attempt to contact him. I understand there can be problems keeping an appointment but service companies also have to understand the need to communicate with clients!
Unfortunately there was a personal problem which resulted in the arborist failing to contact me when he could not come out as arranged. His office subsequently followed through with apologies and Dave, also apologised for his failure to contact me. The company arranged for Joel, another arborist, to quote today. Joel is a very pleasant young man who communicated well and appeared to have a clear understanding of what the job required.
