Deb was brilliant at helping our whole family setup for days on the water, super knowledgeable and showed us all the options would highly recommend!

I went through the PADI Open Water course with my mates here for 3 days. The reason I picked this shop was their course price was reasonable and could take it with a small group (4 people all my mates, that’s it).

It was a bit hassle to pick up and drop the gear and suit from the shop in Liverpool and also to drop by the shop in between sessions to refill the tanks. However, I have forgotten everything about this hassle now because I had a great time with Mike who is such a fantastic instructor. He is not only knowledgeable but also nice, friendly, and caring! Also, the staff at the shop are all nice and friendly.
I met plenty of sharks today which was an unforgettable memory during our last session:)
I cannot recommend highly enough this shop and the team!

Amazing customer service, especially with Deb! I came into the store quite late but they took the time and effort to help me out with my purchases, even after closing time. Ended up purchasing everything I needed and more at an affordable price. Will come back soon for all my snow gear needs!

Hired some stuff from this place & honestly Deb & the robot guy couldn’t have made it any easier & fun! Sorry I didn’t catch the guy’s name but all I remember was him saying he was a robot haha. Such kind & down to earth people. Will definitely be coming here again & recommending it to others

First time obtaining clothing for the snow and the staff were so supportive and understanding! They really helped us understand what it was we needed and had a great rapport with us. The sizing of the clothing was inclusive and of great quality as well!

Great range of quality scuba equipment, very friendly staff that help you put your load out together piece by piece and very competitive pricing!

Purchased a pair of goggles and snorkel sales staff were helpfull. Haven't tried them yet but they feel premium

Could not have had a better experience buying a bunch of dive gear (new BCD and reg set). The staff were all super lovely but also really knowledgeable and kind. When talking dive gear it's always helpful to talk with sales people who are experienced divers and that's what happened here. Also, nice family vibe.

I came in today to purchase my first snowboard. I was served by Eva. This is my first time writing a review and Eva deserve 5 stars. I was completely lost and I have no idea about snowboards. She was very patient and educated me on different types of snowboards out there. She took her time explaining each snowboard and what I should be looking for as a beginner. The best experience for me was the fact that she wasn’t rushing or pushing me to buy expensive boards instead she was finding the perfect one for me. It’s good to see passionate team members at Wilderness. Highly recommended this place. Cheers.

Fast and Prompt response and action

I ordered a pair of snowboard boots for my upcoming trip to NZ and was mistaking my sent the incorrect size to what I ordered. I called them when I realised and they were straight onto it and made sure they had the boots in my correct size sent out to me the next day and sent me a parcel label to send back the other boots. So happy with their service and kindness.

These things happen we are all human and they were straight onto rectifying the situation. Couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic service and super impressive ranges of everything you need or didn’t know you needed. We drove to Liverpool from inner Sydney and it was totally worth the travel. Will def be going back for all our adventure gear! FYI bought rock fishing boots for bird photography and they are absolute lifesavers.
