Wild Orchid Cafe

Lovely, modern cafe, right in the heart of Tathra. Great food, great coffee, very friendly staff. Definately the place to grab a coffee after a ride. Delicious raspberry and white chocolate muffins!

Fine dinning breakkie. Both food and coffee were so good, and the atmosphere was so chill. You have a small cozy coffee shop looking out to the beach, with some beanbags outside for a sunny day. Check out their specials. Highly recommended.

Espresso is delicious, light and slightly sweet with a nice amount of crema. We’ve been 2 days in a row and the food has been amazing. Big Breakfast was huge and full of fresh items, and the Lemon & Ricotta Pancakes were unreal. Everything came out really fast and the staff are super friendly!

Delicious. Great food, great people and great vibe. The only thing letting this place down is the bean. It’s good but could be great. The barista knows what she’s doing but there is only so much you can do with that quality of bean. But I’m being critical, most people wouldn’t know. The coldbrew comes pre sweetened with brown sugar which is very unusual for cold brew. Otherwise we also had the brewed chai and that was perfect.normally chai has no flavour as most cafe’s don’t know how to make chai properly. This place knows what’s up. Great staff too. I’ll be back.

You had us at Bacon & egg panini! But the tropical smoothie was delightful, raspberry & white chocolate muffin - amazingly yummy! Awesome food!

Best breakfast I’ve had out in months! The food was just superb. I had the panacotta and it was perfect. I’ve been there many times over the years and have never been disappointed. It was the first time I had taken my partner and he also loved it.

I can honestly say this place has the best banana I've ever had. At home now desperately trying to find a recipe that emulates it. Absolutely devine!

Great cafe, really loved the outdoor area with bean bags, dog friendly as well. I had the Turkish Eggs and they were tasty, so were my drinks.

Excellent Disability parking right out the front and if you can’t get it out the front they have parking out the back.

Yummy lunch by the sea. Loved the Thai chicken and lemongrass rice and the smooth was great too. Lovely staff and indoor/outdoor options. Highly recommended!

Worst breakfast ever. The acai was FROZEN & not described as such on the menu. A measily serve of muesli came with it & half the promised fruit was missing. Won't be back.

Tried it for lunch based on the reviews. Big mistake. Ordered a chicken and beetroot wrap. A hint of chicken, a bit of beetroot, but mostly raw carrot. Great if you're a rabbit. The serving person who brought out our coffees, which were really good, started a conversation about covid. Extolled the virtues of hydroxychloroquine and how it should be in use in Aus. When I pointed out numerous medical studies suggested otherwise, her response was what would they know, and continued to push its use. Dear o dear o dear.

We came to this cafe every day on our holiday to Tathra. The staff were lovely and the food was delicious!

Loved the atmosphere and the food was amazing definately come back when in the area. Well done to all the staff and the Owners, on creating a beautiful place to hang for lunch or just a coffee.
