Fantastic customer service, I called in to inquire about the stock of a online item and they were super helpful with all the questions I had. I ordered same day and my piece was sent out the next day.

Outstanding, I now have a Tim Tszyu, Floyd Mayweather and gennady Golovkin GGG signed glove framed pictures and they have arrived in perfect condition.

They run misleading social media advertising. "Here bid in the comments of this post for a signed Davante Adams jersey! " And it shows a picture of a signed and nicely framed jersey, with pic of Adams and all. A nice collectors piece.

I won with a bid of $381. I got asked to pay another $395 for the frame. Or I'd just get the jersey. What? Not what I bid on at all. I let it go. But then I saw them doing the same thing again! Commented to let others know this is kinda shady, you ain't getting the frame unless you pay an extra 400 on top of your bid. Got blocked from the page.

Says it all. Maybe look elsewhere for your memorabilia.

Over the last 2 years we have purchased numerous signed basketballs of the wicked memorabilia team. They have been amazing to deal with there customers service has been amazing. Even during this difficult Covid restriction times they still managed to organise the delivery of a prised ball. I can’t thank the team enough.

Recently won an auction and the product was not as described (in my opinion a foam backing is NOT a frame), have reached out and contacted the company twice with the concern and have not received a reply at all.

This company is a joke!

Won an auction on one of there FB posts which was listed that it had ‘no reserves’.
They messaged me saying ‘congratulations on having the winning bid’. My bid prior to the deadline of 7: 30 was $1255. After letting them know that they say that they have sold it to someone else who bidded at 7: 30 for $1400!
I’m pretty sure deadline is when it turns 7: 30 so all bids prior to 7: 30 are official.

They have now blocked me and deleted the bids on the post on FB. Deleting the bids means they want to hide the fact that I was scammed! Probably didn’t even sell it and will now just keep it up on there website were it’s listed for $3995.00

Didn’t get the price they wanted in the auction so they delete the post from FB and block me from there page.

Bad way to do business.

I have had 2 items framed and purchased a Ready made Mike Tyson memorabilia in the past 12 months by Wicked and all works are OUTSTANDING!

Thank you Wicked Team the quality and look is unreal! Especially the poster that was rolled up and stored in a tube for years i can't believe how great it is all framed up.looks a million dollars now compared to before!

Prices are fair and worth it for what you get! Professionalism is 10/10 and for people like me, clueless as to aesthics, the team made great suggestions for me to review:)

I am a regular customer of Wicked memorabilia & Framing. I have purchased number of items from Wicked Memorabilia and order customised photo frames for all my certificates and fine art printing. All my purchases are come with a certificate of authenticity (Icons and Beckett) and all frames are well made.

I have found their staffs are very friendly and patient. The business owner, a hard working people, always mange to get what I wanted and deliver the my orders on time.

Won a couple of online auctions through them. Very polite, professional and accommodating. Would definitely recommend them

Disgusting behaviour, sends wrong items and won’t give money back, then will not answer calls. Do not go thru this business.
Misleading advertisement and horrid customer service.

Do not use this business, they send a wrong item and have misleading advertising. Customer service is atrocious and they will block you from calling or contacting them. They have also removed me from Facebook on commenting on there posts to make other people aware how dodgy they are.
You think your getting shorts and you will get socks!

The owner will make any excuse to try persuade the public he’s in the right!

I have bought multiple pieces of memorabilia from wicked and was so happy. Until my last experience when I couldn’t deal with sonya and meet Paul the owner for the first time. He couldn’t even get off his chair to greet me. No customer service skills and didn’t feel welcome. Asked for prices on multiple different items. I left my contact number and email and still haven’t heard anything in over 6 weeks. So much for being a valued customer. I have bought approximately 20 different items and too receive this treatment is disappointing at best. I will never spend another dollar at this place. I have now found another business (East Coast CM) which are also local.

Have bought many pictures from these guys, couldn’t be happier to be honest.
The quality is second to none, pricing is always great and nothing is ever a drama.
Have even found me prints I was looking for!

Be warned placed bids on items on face book bids were removed and can not comment. Not sure why their sports memorbilla must be dodgey and they seem like a really shady company! I have brought elsewhere spent over $3000.

Got promised a refund never received after they promised have photo evidence. GO ELSE WHERE TO BUY. DON`T FALL VICTIM TO BE SCAMMED. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ITEMS OR A REFUND BE WARNED!

Do not bother calling or emailing them they just ignore you then block you.
