Clearly Tamara knows what she is doing, I just booked in for my first massage and she asked the right questions to assess what was required. Tamara proceeded to assess my posture with some body movements and where I was in pain and what levels they were at to ensure the Remedial Massage was customised for me. Will definitely be back for a body tune-up or whenever required.

Straight forward honest and knowledgeable practitioner. I Strained my lower back to the point i could not walk. Bed ridden. I was told 10 Visits after a back scan and back would never be the same. But then was recommended Dr John in Kareela. I went for a 2nd opinion. In my first session Dr John advised my interverbula between my lower back bones (the jelly cushion bit) were depleted and my back was out, in 1 visit he had me in the chair and correctly aligned my back and cracked around my neck too and i Instantly felt better, to the point i felt so good i jumped out of his chair feeling great. He advised me correctly on some lifestyle issues plaging me with this ongoing problem i had (mainly, diet, lifestlychoice, posture and excercises to combat the damage, I went for a 2nd treatment to him as advised though he had me feeling so good again i did not think it was needed) My back is great and healers like Dr John are rare to find indeed. His honest hands healed me and his knowledge set me on the right path. I am happy to write a review and would definately recommend Dr John to anyone with spinal problems as i felt his genuine concern with fixing myself was primary and he went over and above my expectations arming me with concise information for my journey ahead. Due to a speedway injury my back has often caused issues, now in my 50's my aches, pains and put outs are now almost non existent thanks to the chiro and massage from the team.

Dr John has been helping me with chronic pain associated with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). He has been doing mobile visits to my home on a weekly basis for 12 months now. I have chronic muscle cramps and spasms which I can't stretch out because I am in a wheelchair. For me, Dr John starts out with dry needling and massage (his Tiger Balm is great), and then manipulates my joints trying to get some movement. I appreciate the time he spends with me as I am significantly disabled and he has to modify a lot of what he does so that I can benefit. He has taken on the challenge and made a significant difference in my normal everyday pain level. His suggestions for nutritional supplements have been implemented which are also helping. I have been a patient for about a year. John and his Team are wonderful and patient. They really listen to what you need to have adjusted and or massaged. Highly recommend their service and will be coming for years to come. Am very satisfied.

Magic hands I tell you! MAGIC!
Had a pretty bad shoulder from catering on a daily basis and was having shooting pains going through my shoulders and down my back. Found it so hard to sleep, move in the mornings and continue to be active, although with a constant work load, getting this sorted was a priority.
Wholisic Health Centre in the Sutherland Shire area were really really helpful. After 2 sessions, the pain had subsided to about half. I was able to function properly and move around the kitchen without pain although I was still really sore. After 4 weeks of therapy, John and the team had dramatically improved my shoulders and back and I felt a million dollars again. I recommend using them for fast relief
