Sat 26-Nov-2022. I arrived just as they were about to close (4PM) but they were nice enough to help me get some medicine anyway. The staff are just amazing and understanding. Thank you so much, we need more customer-orientated outlets like yours out there. I posted the receipt as proof of patronage. I recommend buying from this pharmacy.

I had my first consultation today with her and she was just delightful her knowledge and manner was just wonderful, she's very caring and explains what she is giving to you.
I would definitely be going back to her if need be

The wait time for a simple 2 medications are more 20 mins when the shop is nearly got no line. If you got nothing better to do, might as well take chair with you to sit and wait.

Extremely Poor Service.
Way too slow and takes way too much time to hand over the medicines.

I went in to have a browse and found some amazing products, customer service was on point and shop was very neat and tidy. Unique and welcoming ambience, nice pharmacy!

We’ve been coming to this chemist for 15 years the owners have been very kind and helpful. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with one of the new pharmacists. I was told a script wasn’t filled out correctly by my GP and I couldn’t get my medication but took the same script to another local chemist and I didn’t seem to have an issue. The lady was rude and condescending and they’ve lost our business. I waited 30min to leave without any medication. Don’t go to this chemist if you’re in a hurry.

Whilst this pharmacy is new, the owners and staff have been in Eastlakes since 1983. They show immense care for their customers and the customer service continues to be great. Thanks for all your support and everything you do for the community!

Amazing fridge and freezer selection! Lots of products that are hard to find at standard supermarkets or other healthfood stores!

This pharmacy has an amazing range of products but best of all is the professional service and advice from the very friendly and experienced staff. They really treat customers and patients like family and the new store is beautiful and parking is so easy and convenient. Thanks a lot for always listening and looking after me every time I visit.

Pharmacist is incompetent, unhelpful and rude. I had to go to another pharmacy to get what I needed without any issues. Avoid this place if you have any other option.

Today I went in with my e-prescription script and was dealing with a "pharmacy student" not a regular staff member or regular pharmacist. I wanted to get half of my prescription and pay for the other half in two weeks. The regular pharmacist knows me and has NO issue with this. However today I left frustrated and crying. Dealing with 24 hours of NO anxiety medication that I need to manage my severe anxiety symptoms on a daily basis. Without my medication I cannot function. These "pharmacy students" were rude and unhelpful. They clearly have NO clue what they are doing!

They have a wide array of whole food products and very friendly staff! They also have an in house Naturopath who was able to recommend appropriate vitamins.

VEGAN STUFF EVERYWHERE! Very knowledgeable pharmacists and superb service. I'll be back there for sure. There is a brand new shopping centre in that area and it's just in the front entrance. Loyalty cards. It has everything you need. Huge and spacious store.
