10I didn’t catch the young fellows name but I was there this morning looking for some JB weld adhesive which was out of stock but he couldn’t have been more helpful tracking some down for me at the other stores. Headed straight to Brookvale and they couldn’t have been more helpful either. Cheers!

Great service. Great knowledge. Good location. Reasonable prices. It is wonderful that shops like this still exist - its more than just the products, which ones to get and how to use them really helps.
Very ordinary service. In fact painful! They choose to stock and accept inferior quality products. More sales for them! And to my surprise, they relish in expounding their supposed knowledge, instead of tuning in to what the customer is actually requesting. Go to another store and save your valuable time and money.

I disagree with the comment about them being rude and unhelpful. I have been going there for years and have NEVER had that. They are always helpful. Sometimes the staff member may not be knowledgeable but there is always a saltie to step in. And in those awkward moments when what you bought was not quite right you can get fair resolution, even if you don't get your own way each time.
