65I’ve always enjoyed this place, things to do from swimming, casual shooting to working out at the gym. Front staff are always very helpful, plenty of Parking is provided. My only downside is the current prices and the outdated feel of the lobby and court.
Staff were great. Pool is a little run down from its peak. Don't expect the whirlpool or similar features to be active.
I have cancelled the membership but the direct debit was going on after the notice period ended, which was ridiculous. Besides, the changing room is so dirty and disgusting. Do NOT recommend this place definitely.
I went in the morning on a week day. The staff there was super nice and informative! Not busy at all which was a nice difference to it when it's busy and full with people. Used the sauna and spa plus pool access for 2 people and it costed just a little over $30. Walked out very relaxed and happy!
It's alright, they have good customer service and friendly staff, I just wish they had more water slides and water toys.
My kids absolutely loved their afternoon swimming here. The pool temperature was just right, staff was professional and changing rooms were as clean as a swimming complex changing room can be. All in all, as long as my kids were happy I'm happy:)
Please clean the change rooms more regularly. The poop, nappies and hair is very disgusting. Takes the shine off the recent renovations they did in there.
Is sad the staff don't warm you about the closing up early and still charge you full price foe half hour it's ridiculous. Every staff member there rushing for people to hurry up and leave half hour before closing. I've had better experience elsewhere, was hoping to have the same here but was not the case. 0
The fee I was charged was unfair. The swimming pool was not heated and kids could stay in water for approximately 10-15 minutes and became cold and trembled.
Love the gym and the pool! Clean and friendly atmosphere. The staff are so wonderful and helpful and made feel very welcome:) prices are also very reasonable! Adam at the front desk is an absolute gem!
Every lesson we have the same problem they put my son in the 20m pool and ask him to do laps and he can’t even stand there, he gets very cold and scared, I have spoken to them every week and the same thing happens every lesson, my son was unhappy that he couldn’t control himself and he had to wee in the pool because he was so cold, hope someone will read this and actually do something about because am not staying there if my child is not happy with his lesson
Vaccination is prochoice. We are so disappointed that you have chosen to discriminate and only allow vaccinated people in. Appalling behaviour
I really like their pools and their kids gymnastics program is fantastic, but their communication is terrible!
Very seamless COVID-19 drive through testing. Whole process took only 30 mins and the lady who did my test was extremely gentle. Thank You!
The worst pool in Sydney.they have only two lanes designated for "lane swimming" in indoor pool and other are for squad training.and between 4 to 7 PM they reduce it to one lane.some people literally walk in the lane designated for lane swimming.when I complained about too many people in one lane and they aren't even swimming.the guard rudely said normally we have 10 persons in one lane and started arguing with me. Staff is rude.they have worst customer service.
. Me and my 2 kids r members here. Now it's two weeks that the toilets and showers r under repair. 2 WEEKS. ONLY ONE SHOWER IS AVAILABLE. TIME TO MOVE TO MOUNTIES.
It became like gym for kids they coming 12-13yers old in the weights runing around goin from one machine to other no respect time to move on to deferent gym and also the price is goin up not worth it
Very bad pool I had seen in Sydney first I enrolled my son for swimming lessons and I gave them my bank details they stay to collect two payments when I asked they said sorry we enrolled him for extra activities by mistake we will give you the money as credit and I know it is not by mistake anyway I gave them my son RTA kids voucher but still take money when I asked one lady at reception they talk very very very bad and impolite with me she said you don't give us any voucher I said I give it she said no go to RTA and sent proof for us and she gave me wrong email to sent the documents and when I contacted the RTA they gave the centre name which is is bad centre they use the voucher and gave me the date too imagine if you don't speak English as a lot of families in our area do and you don't have banking app I think they will be get all your money by mistake so please be careful if you enrolled your kids and check your account very good.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
The indoor pool is the worst pool I’ve ever seen in my entire life.

They had limitations on number of people for Jacuzzi and Sauna which makes sense but their Duty manager (Adam) keeps turning off the Jacuzzi to force the extra people to come out instead of asking them in a nice way to swap with other people who are waiting to use Jacuzzi. This is a real shame for a leisure centre to behave like this with their customers. Also, they closed the smaller pool and pushed everyone to use only one pool which was completely packed with the people. I paid for the full package but I couldn’t use Jacuzzi and Sauna properly.
This was my first and definitely last visit of this place.
There is no zero star otherwise I would have chosen that, even zero start is too much for them. I wish i could able to choose minus 100.
