Whites Carpet Court

All started well until the carpet was taken out. Removal guys removed only the carpet and underlay. They left the board with the staples in making the whole upstairs including the stairs dangerous to navigate. Then in subfloor inspector said floor wasn't flat. We got charged 5k for it to be sanded flat. When install time came about the poor installer was given the wrong colour boards but the correct scotia pieces. Colour should have been grey but they sent brown. You would think that it sitting in the warehouse for a week that someone would have checked. Had to wait another week and continue living downstairs in our living room. After nearly 6 weeks we finally have our floor installed. Was not offered any compensation for the extra delays in waiting for the correct boards to be sent. Would not recommend this place.

I was told by the team member that “I shouldn’t be buying the products if I am not the carpet installation professional” after taking their advices and purchased the wrong products. Super delayed in responding when I brought up the issues, only when I chase up and got the response in the very unprofessional manner. The after sales service is extremely bad

A few options to choose from. Couldn't decide what to get so didn't make a purchase.

First class service. Greg and Sam did an excellent job of installation. Pleasure to have them in our home.

We had the house carpeted last week - the service at the store from Fred in assisting us chose an appropriate carpet & the expertise of the two lads who laid the carpet Alex & Amir was first class.

Mark and the team were exceptional in their service. Mark really went above and beyond to help me out, and the finished product is absolutely stunning. He has extensive knowledge about all the different types of floor coverings and took the time to explain how each of my selections would work within my space. He helped me stay within my budget but also helped me to get the look that I wanted. I would highly recommend Whites to anyone for their flooring needs: you’re in very capable hands! Thanks Mark:).
