Maria and Craig were fabulous. Never meet such positive, inviting and knowledgeable optometrists. They went above and beyond and ensured I was comfortable and understood the lens types. They picked up on more then my standard optometrist and assisted me with the FL-41 lenses. They had a wide selection of branded frames and lens shades. I will be switching them to my new optometrist.
Highly recommend to anyone suffering migraines which may be caused by light sensitivity and trialling the FL41 lenses!

This optometry has been a lifeasaver. They can harness your ability to see beyond what you can imagine, Their services should be listed in all eye specialist rooms for option. Not many know how much these people can help beyond what normal optometrist can through lens /prism modification. And the team are super helpful!

I was recommended to go to Whitehouse by my eye surgeon who had previously done radiation on a melanoma in one of my eyes. My requirement was for special lenses to eradicate double vision as a result of the radiation. I consulted with Whitehouse's Geoff Matthews who provided the analysis and scrip for the lenses and I then had 3 pairs (sun glasses, readers and clear distance ones) made through Whitehouse's Craig Kuhn. The service and professionalism was top class and the glasses all worked perfectly and I do not need further surgery. With the glasses, my eyesight now is as good as it was before the surgery. In fact, I subsequently ordered more glasses, transitions with readers combined and the same for sunnies. Again, all worked perfectly. I am very grateful to Geoff and Craig for their professionalism and expertise in putting these special glasses together for me and restoring my sight and avoiding further surgery. Many thanks!

I went to see Jody after seeing 2 previous optometrist which they couldn't figure out the correct prescription causing me constant headache.
Jody was patient and thorough in doing his examination. In the end he gave me correct prescription and I don't get headache anymore.

The only word to describe this place is AMAZING. Been coming here ever since my daughter was 10months old and now she's 7. Great place, great atmosphere and very welcoming. They have massive range of specs for kids. I've had my fair look around and not any place came close to what they offer. Lovely people, especially Craig, never disappoints, always making sure we are happy and taking care of with our visits. My daughter looks forward to seeing him everytime. Highly recommend

Not the cheapest place around, but close to work and very thorough optometrists with a great range of specs. Jody made sure I was comfortable & ensured he did his best to provide the perfect fit.

Had a horrible experience. One of the staff was extremely racist. He didn’t allow us to touch any of the merchandise even though the other customers were allowed to touch everything. He also accused us of stealing when we were leaving the store. He blocked us from leaving to check if everything we touched was still in place. We were about to spend 2,500 AUD on 3 pairs of glasses but left because of the way we were looked down upon so congratulations, you lost money and gained a bad review

I Have just received my new glasses after thorough eye check done by Geoff. I could not be happier! This first-time experience with this business left me very impressed, by the professionalism of the staff and the latest technology used, they have also a great selection of frames.

I can't recommend this practice enough. I have been wearing glasses since I was 15 and now work all day in front of a computer. For the first time ever an optometrist (Geoff) analysed my “visual profile” and designed a separate pair of glasses for work, which incorporated blue light protection. I feel less fatigue on a day to day basis and I’ve been able to concentrate better without eyestrain. Now when I leave my work, I put on my “everyday” glasses, and my vision feels even clearer than it used to. Also they have an excellent range of brands. I absolutely love my glasses - both from Garrett Leight.

I would like to highly recommend Mary as a competent and caring optometrist. She went above and beyond to get my prescription correct. She was extremely patient with me. I have had problems with my prescription for many years and struggled to get a pair of glasses that did not give me a headache.
If I could give more than a five star rating I would!
The whole experience of getting a comfortable pair of glasses has made my life much better and I cannot thank her enough.

I am an office working and was was suffering from constant headaches. A colleague recommended I visit Geoff. I have always thought I had perfect vision however after several tests, Geoff prescribed me with glasses. My headaches stopped. I can’t thank the team enough for their professional and friendly service!

Came to this optometrist because I was told they specialised in dealing with keratoconus. Indeed they are. The treatment and service I have received has being nothing short of excellent. Staff are excellent and very knowledgeable. The range of frames etc is standard for an optometrist only quality brands and they are fitted with care. Follow up service is excellent too. Definitely not the cheapest place in town but for specialist conditions you need someone who will advise you well and gets your vision working properly, that is invaluable. The custom non standard lens I have got made are excellent, able to get my driving licence again and have no issues at work.

I highly recommend Whitehouse Optometrists. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The F1N1 tint has helped greatly with my blepharospam and the prescription is excellent.

Service is impeccable and all staff are wonderful. Geoff Matthews fixed my eyes after being given the wrong prescription for so many years.

My partner (an ophthalmologist) suggested I get my new prescription here. I feared it might be a little too old school for me but that wasn't at all my experience. Simon was extremely friendly, thorough and personable. The range of frames was modern, extensive and presented really well - not old school at all. He used technology (iPad simulation) well to explain eye conditions and treatment options. All the results were emailed to me immediately. My partner tells me this is a standard level of experience for the patients she refers here.

My eye problem was diagnosed and the appropriate spectacles produced with a minimum of fuss and a maximum of expertise and friendliness.
