Their service is great, however on so many occasions they have decided to "hand finish" very basic garments, for example, beautifully hand finish a cheap Bonds t-shirt that accidentally found its way into our drycleaning pile! The most recent example was $48 to dryclean a basic black work dress. I'm happy to pay for hand finishing an evening dress but not basic things. Usually when I've challenged them, they have agreed it was inappropriate, but last time the response was "didn't we tell you? "

Thank you very much to Jim and the team for the wonderful cleaning and packaging of my wedding gown. Amazing personal high quality of service and great care was taken. I would highly recommend them.
