I ended up coming in consecutives weeks because I was so impressed with the various styles, range of sizes in store, and the customer service provided by Olivia! She was fantastic in assisting myself and my fellow bridesmaids, then my mother for her M. O. B.dress and my best friend as a guest of the wedding! I could not recommend highly enough the store, but once again it was Olivia who made the whole experience!

From start to finish, White Runway exceeded my expectations in terms of service and the quality of their dresses. The selection of bridesmaid dresses at White Runway is truly impressive. After visiting countless department stores, boutiques and formal / evening dress shops across Sydney, I finally stumbled upon White Runway. This is a haven of stunning, beautifully-crafted evening wear suitable for many occasions. I wont be going anywhere else when I am next looking. They have an array of dresses that are age-appropriate and flattering. The service is impeccable and it was a pleasure to return with my mum and sister.

Dresses cannot be tried on once dress is custom made, dress given in boxes, dress needs to be steamed due to folding and no garment bag given. I was also told when we purchased it that she’d be able to try it on if we came during the week.

I came in for a bridal fitting and managed to find the perfect dress! My bridesmaids all came and got to try on a few different colours and styles which helped me decide what I want. I would definitely recommend White Runway for bridal or upcoming events. There is a beautiful display of quality gowns to choose from and reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly, approachable and cheery. The team was dedicated to helping choose the right bridesmaid dresses & easy to chat with. Will be returning in the future.

Bessy and the White Runway team were so helpful. We had an amazing experience and received so many compliments on our custom colour bridesmaids dresses.

I booked a bridesmaid dress appointment online, a part of this booking process was filling a survey including the dresses you wanted to try on. I assumed this meant the dresses would be ready to go when we arrived, however I was wrong.

I was let in the boutique and told them about my booking, the assistants who were surprisingly young, said hello and then walked away, I had to look for them and ask where the dresses were that I had listed, the assistant asked what dresses and what sizes, information I had already provided…What is the actual point of customers filling the pre appointment survey if you don’t even read it?

The assistant spent at least 20 minutes in a back room sourcing the dresses, what a waste of mine and my bridesmaids time. Even once she had returned I still had to show her images of at least 3 dresses that she had not brought out that were on the list I curated.

We settled on a dress with no support from the shop assistant, I quite literally was clamping the girls dresses for them which was not my job.

I went to pay and my card declined, this was a blessing in disguise. I took this as a sign and called another dress shop the following day and bought the dresses for $300 less than what White Runway we’re going to charge me!

I was truly disappointed with my experience, these dresses are expensive, brides are paying this business $1000s of dollars, the bare minimum I would expect is attentive, efficient and experienced shop assistants.

To top it off parking in this area is an absolute nightmare, I, without exaggerating, drove around for 40 minutes trying to find a spot.

Before you purchase dresses from here, I implore you to reach out to Fashionably Yours, Windsor and Lux or Elissa Jay Boutique, as it is highly likely they will be more competitive on pricing and the customer service will exceed what you experience at White Runway.

UPDATE: After writing this review I received a call from Bessy the director apologising profusely for my experience and explaining how she planned to rectify the situation which I appreciated, it appears my constructive criticism was taken seriously and they will strive to do better in the future.

The dress I wanted was sold out online, I emailed on an off chance there was one in another store. Beast replied to me within minutes of sending the first email and had a dress secured for me within the day! She was nothing short of brilliant, helpful, thoughtful and gave me EXCELLENT communication. If I could nominate Bessy for employee of the month, I would gladly do so! Thanks again Bessy, you’re very much appreciated!

The team at White Runway really go above and beyond, and their customer service is second to none.

Bessy from White Runway has been so patient and helpful during the process of trying to find my bridesmaid dresses. Not once has she made me feel like I am annoying or difficult even though I have gone back and forth many times, ordering and refunding multiple dresses. She has offered suggestions for different colours and styles and has gone out of her way to send me photos and videos of dresses in different colours. Amazing service!

Great service. Great variety.
Initially I wanted to steer clear on any 'bridesmaid dress' shops to get something a little more unique. However, I stumbled across the Bariano website and noticed that White Runway offered the dress I was after. BESSY at Marrickville was absolutely amazing on the day with helping us with find the best dress for my bridesmaids and offered her genuine opinions. What I've really appreciated is the after-sale service that she has provided. One of the girls who didn't come for a fitting found out she was pregnant after I received the dresses and we are now after a larger size, but the batch #'s were different. Bessy has now ordered all new dresses so that the batch materials are the same. We had our first appointment in October and it's now late December and Bessy and I are still in contact about the dresses as we are waiting for a new shipment. Her service has been second-to-none and I can't thank her enough for relieving added stress to an already stressful time.
Don't steer clear of these kinds of stores as they generally know what works and are able to assist in the additional support if needed.
