The receptionist working on Friday morning was absolutely amazing. I watched her treat every patient walking in with such kindness and respect. As a nurse it is lovely to see medical front of house doing their job so well when there is often so many complaints about medical receptionists. This women is definitely an asset to this practice.
Just like most of the medical outlets, no customer care, behind schedule and had to wait more than 30 minutes past appointment. But payment details was on schedule

Don't know why they keep saying I'm only mild in arthritis, they said this year's ago and I ended up having a total knee replacement, I'm in level 8 in damage on my left knee and my right knee, my patella has shifted on my knee replacement but not even a mention, I've had MRI"s to say the level of Damage, maybe they should get diff Drs there to check the results of the xrays
If I only had the option of giving a 0 star. Jenny who did my ultrasound was rushing me out, careless, poured a hot burning gel on me without apologising when I notified her of how hot it is. Being rude and telling me rudely, “I will tell you when you breath out” when she doesn’t explain what I should do. I wasn’t completely finished getting ready to leave the room, she called people in the room, they walked in the room while I was still getting ready to leave (getting my clothes on). Extremely unprofessional. When she was taking the people inside the room, she was telling them “you’re the last patients for the day. ” I would not want to come back with my health cares to this place again.
Needless to say that people with health problems should get the professional health care that they deserve from the health care providers or why are you there when you hate what you do.
If you’re going to this place, please check the name of the person who is assisting you, and do not let them take advantage of you as a patient. Throughout it all, I was extremely nice, polite and smiley.
