Major waterproofing failure after 3 years on external deck and even with independent building inspectors report will take no responsibility. Product is only as good as the installers knowing the Australian Standards and the Head Office making sure they are applied

Just had my side mirror smashed by one of your utes in Lamington National Park. Driver pulled over briefly, then drove away. Dash Cam footage and licence plate available. Leaving the scene of an accident is an offcence and doesn't say much about the quality of your franchisee or employee.
