I’m with CBA Since I got into banking, Westpac is amazing organisation but their banking service in branches is pathetic.they can never compete with CBA.they don’t value customers as they should and Bankers don’t care much and gave lame excuses. To wait bit more and more.unfortunately I work for Westpac and it’s an amazing bank when We work in corporate sector but it’s not reflected in branches.

Never had a problem in dealing with Westpac they have been a very reliable bank in any situations i have needed them.

The poorest service I had ever!
When depositing notes, card stuck in the ATM on Saturday in the Westpac Place Branch on Kent Street.
Gave the branch a few calls on Monday, nobody picked up.
Called them again on Tuesday, a guy picked up the call and still talked and laughed loudly with his colleagues, totally ignored me.
After a few seconds, he speaked "Hello", no greeting at all.
Issue still not resolved!

Poor service. I was on the queue and I could see already few customers walked away. I was told to be wait for 5-10mins and wait and wait 15mins - no one tried to help. The worst bank branch ever

I had such a great experience coming in yesterday. I had quite a few transactions to do and the staff were so good at answering my questions and doing everything I needed to get done. They offered me a free customer account review and helped me to set up accounts that would save me money. Thanks guys.
