We met with KENT WEI, the Branch Manager to discuss investment offerings by Westpac. He is professional, highly knowledgeable and spent time explaining and advising us about our project.
We recommend him to anyone who needs advice on borrowing or other financial matters.

The service culture in this branch is pathetic, phone calls not returned. They are arrogant and unhelpful when in the branch. I suggest you go to ANZ. The ANZ banker called me back at 6.30 pm and emailed the information at 9.30 pm, exceeded expectations.

This branch manager is very unreasonable and I suspect that he broke protocols too. After providing drivers license and medicare card for verification, he asked me to provide a passport as a third form of ID. What if I never applied for a passport? Since when do you need 3 forms of ID to verify yourself?

I went to another Westoac branch and they processed the request for me with driver's license.

Be aware of this branch manager.

Westpac as a whole is far from impressive, they have closed the deposit side of the ATM at this branch and the excuse? Because the branch is closed due to covid! In other words we cant be bothered to send someone to pick up the deposits from this ATM so we just close the whole show down in a major shopping centre! And they have done this all over Sydney and the rest of Australia, how much profit did they make last financial year?

If you want the money going to less and less, welcome use this bank. The Top Ryde branch, the worse and slow service I never had in Sydney. That's why I am coming close the account and never never use in my life.

Westpac bank has illegally taken $400 out from my commonwealth bank account without my authorization & I promise I will have this person charged thrown in jail for fraud. Avoid westpac at any cost unless you like having all your money stolen from the bank. I will take this to the top

Been waiting for a long queues, and when it's my turn, they won't let me deposit without a physical driver licence. I had Service NSW apps in my phone and willing to show the digital driver licence, but got refused to serve me. Even police accepting digital driver licence, but a bank wont accept it, no wonder why ppl choose other bank rather than Westpac.

Awful service, apathetic staff. I spoke to a woman, Michelle who was extremely apathetic and seemed like she couldn't care less about how a mistake made by the bank affected my banking needs and money. Awful customer service.

I would like to say a Massive "thank you" for the help from one of the customer service lady - Julie Yu, I had a miscommunication over the phone with Westpac early Feb and end up cause my credit card has suspended, she was so friendly and patient to take her time which over an hour at the branch try to communicate with other departments that she doesnt normally dealt with. By the end we have our credit card suspension lift off and now everything is back online.

I would say that is kind of customer service level everyone should be expecting, I have dealt with most other major bank in Australia but her service is definitely out standing to the next level.

Very apathetic staff. I've been to other branches and this particular branch needs a revamp in motivating some of their staff members. It's unfortunate but a handful of the staff at this branch really bring down the service.
