9Plz just shut this place down, everytime I go there’s always just one teller and long queue. The teller lady seems to have very low job satisfaction too. If u go expect to wait for long time + stone face service.
Poverty limits the imagination of the employees here, who always doubt the wealth of others. They are indeed shameful, hateful, and ridiculous.
The worst bank experience ever in Sydney! Unprofessional staff Warata and Lucy, didn't know what loan they can offer me, Warata doesn't even know free credit card can be offered to client with home loan! I ended up calling the mortgage center myself, So what's the point for you to be hired? Just standing there and giving clients wrong information? The manager called me and apologized, not sure they receive appropriate training before they serve clients
Really horrible service. I walked in to ask them provide details of my existing home insurance policies, and the specialist (Daniel Chen) was very rude and told me nothing he can do for this and they only sell the insurance from Allianze to their customers. It’s ridiculous the bank selling a service to customers but they don’t know anything about it! And when I said I need to speak to another senior stuff or bank manager and he just said ‘there is no manager here’! Such arrogant people and unprofessional service! Will definitely cancel all my policies and move to somewhere else for sure
Some of the most ignorant and unpleasant bank branches you could possibly visit in your lifetime. Don't you even think of being treated as a 'valued customer' as they quote in their commercials - but if you are living a life full of depressions and low key sadistic from being treated like dogpoo, this is a place to go. Fees and commissions and $$$ to deal with your money with zero level of integrity ajd customer service whatsoever, from tellers and bank managers with highly questionable level of professional knowledge and service orientation.
Please try to feed and upgrade your ATM machine? It’s been eating and taking (detaining and keeping) my money it’s making your life hard and my life even harder

The worst experience with a teller I have ever encountered in Sydney. Rude, racist and arrogant, she was trying her best to make her customers' banking experience as horrible as possible and she succeeded, please avoid her at all cost. But the bank manager and Daniel Chen were great, trying their best to do damage control.
The teller in this branch is slow, not professional, and arrogant. On one side customer are waiting for more than half an hour to do the transaction. On the other side the teller are chatting, making joke and relaxing.
