Terrible, worse experience.

I went there today to set up a foreign account for my business banking. They sat me down for 25mins while serving everyone else, only then for the staff to realise they were meant to serve me first.

What a joke.

My partner went in Tuesday as one of his bank accounts were frozen and unable to transfer from it and was told to go into a branch from phone support.

The teller serving him makes comments like "why do you have so many accounts" and "you're phone is terrible" all to wait till today still frozen, call westpac and find out he didn't even help or do anything on the data entry / making notes / processing side of things.

Customer focus on minus 100.

Daniel Alcaide from the North Sydney branch exceeded all expectations. His professionalism, sincerity, and compassion is a credit to his branch, and Westpac as a company. The way he listened to my requests was incredibly helpful and informative. He was proactive and a refreshing face in the customer service community.

I’m so happy to find a bank where the agents are so courteous, helpful and thorough.
I would like to give a massive thank to the clerk Shaya who is a ‘multifunctional’ agent - gives great pieces of advice, always checks in (emails and phone calls) if everything is going well with the services, is generous, and so much more!
I highly recommend her when opening your business or as a client!

I was surprised by the earlier negative comments. The staff were extremely courteous, polite and helpful. They sorted out my issue efficiently and I have no second thoughts in returning.

Worst service ever. I got phone call from the staff in this branch asking for any help. As I have mortgage with them, I said I wanted to discuss it. He said ok, and I met him on the appointed date. He looked up my information and said he would consult with his boss re mortgage, and would email me next day re outcome. He did not send me any email to me since. A few months ago, I visited this office and talked to him (the same guy) and asked him re the same question. He did not respond neither. Why does he contact me if he is not interested in responding to my request? Worst.

Not bad. I was after some advice on how to use the ATM as I knew that there were no human tellers.
The advice was easy and accurate.

Felt a bit unprofessional in the way the lady talked to me. As if I could’ve done it online rather than coming to the bank. Had a very good experience previously from CBD Kent street branch.

I walked into the branch, not realizing it has no more manual tellers, everything is electronic e unfortunately it doesn't suit my needs today.when explained by the staff member at the front, I slightly expressed my annoyance by using the phrase "that's a bit silly" and said I will go to other branch.as I left I saw him flipping both his middle fingers at me, under the false pretence he was rubbing the side of his nose.how rude and unprofessional

Atm swallowed my card, and staff refuse to return it to me. Second time a Westpac atm did this in 12 months.
