25This is the worst Westpac branch I’ve ever visited. Miscommunication between their staff and the customer service reps were arrogant and have a false sense of superiority. Get your banking done elsewhere
I've had the pleasure of dealing with Monica recently, and I couldn't be more impressed. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident in their exceptional listening skills and willingness to go the extra mile. Monica not only tried her best to resolve my banking needs but made me feel heard and valued as a customer. I highly recommend their outstanding service!
Customer service representative at the couter was already in angry mood. Please let her teach for good behaviour.

Asked to create a joint account, asked to have a seat. One minute wait until someone was available and the service was courteous and the account created in 15 minutes or less. Best customer experience from a bank in Chatswood.
Sad to add to the list of reviews. Still sitting here after being told there were two people in front of us and would be 30 mins. It has now been 2 hours 20 minutes as we have been overlooked on the list multiple times. Didn’t realize we needed to take an entire personal day off work for a bank run. Pathetic. Taking our money, savings, and home loan elsewhere.
Poor customer service, especially facing Chinese background clients which is unacceptable. Branch Manager and north shore supervisor have to attention this issue, you are losing credits and turning to be the last position of big 4.
I Went to this branch this morning. The worst customer experience I ever had. The receptionist was very rude and impatient, the way she talked to customer is so unprofessional. Have they had any training before doing this job?
I wanted to close my bank account today because the app is a nightmare and so is the service. Came into the branch in Chatswood and took the host a while to even look up and say hello. I had to settle $15 on my Westpac account. Operator wouldn't take my app payment at the counter and needed it in cash. I asked if they don't allow cardless withdrawal on their ATM and she didn't know.
Went to Commonwealth Ba nk to withdraw money there and you can already see the difference on how they treat you as a customer. Was great Ed with a big smile and asked by the host how they can help.
Back to Westpac, branch now full and only two people working while the third Operator comes in with her Takeaway delivery shouting across the floor to her colleagues.
You would expect a bank to have higher standards in customer service but this branch surely doesn't! I am just glad I switched to Commonwealth!
Currently sitting in this branch after waiting for half an hour after my appointment time. Woman at the front has ignored an elderly woman that’s been sitting there waiting even longer than I have and serving other customers instead.
Very bad experience and I think the staff there really need to be trained and to know what is “customer service”.
Opens later than work starts and ends earlier than work ends. How is anybody who works full time meant to use this bank? They really need to get with the times and let you do more online.
There seem to be lots of negative reviews of this Westpac branch, and I just don't get it. Every time I've been here, staff have been friendly and polite, and provide good service.

Poor customer service. No one answers the phone, and no one calls you back if you leave a voice mail requsting a call back.
Never written a review but had to because it is the worst place. The front staff was a girl who couldn't speak English at all and repeated same things over and over again rather than explaining it properly. Didn't or couldn't refer me to someone who could do better than her.
You could employ any animal in this world who could provide better customer service than Chatswood
I had a very bad service experience lately. A male staff had no greeting or smile when I walked in. He didn't give any advise when I asked for the question. Being a customer for more than 20 years, I never expect to be treated like this.
With the new opening time changed, but still not yet to open at sat morning 9: 53, and a really bad attitude of explaining that, I can t give it more that 1star, it makes ppl feel the westpac is like a chain restaurant.
