Understaffed. Waiting time is usually long. Most of the times there is only 1 teller available.

The brunch made a mistake and I had to waste hours to get them to fix it. Very disappointing service and issue still not fixed.
Simply never had a better Banking experience than with Felix! He was verry kind and informative. Won't hesitate to come back here for all my banking needs.
Bank filed a documentation that should only take a week to process; after 3 weeks, I had to chase up their work, only to find out the BANK MADE A MISTAKE and filed the document incorrectly, and that no one had followed it up for 3 weeks! When I spoke to the bank's branch manager, he LIED TO MY FACE, saying the document normally takes 5-6 weeks to get processed! After this ordeal, I got no apology whatsoever from them. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICING SKILLS at all!
Worst customer service ever! Dont ever deal with Vienna Ma she is the worst loan manager out there only cares about how much money bank gets not caring about the customer!
Useless. Despite having power of attorney documentation the branch makes something which would normally take 30 seconds, a 30 minute ordeal with no outcome. 2 months prior i walked into another branch and was out in 5 mins. Won’t waste my time here anymore

Have been dealing with Vienna to secure our home loan and it has been such an easy process. We previously banked with NAB until we met Vienna who goes above and beyond for us with service and prompt communication which has made this process so easy and stress free! I can't speak for the other reviews on this page however I can highly recommend Vienna for anything loan related.
Dreadful place. Arrogant and unhelpful staff with a primary objective of “just get rid of them”
Don't bother calling the landline, hardly anyone answers and when they do - they don't pass the message on to the one person you've been chasing all week. No sign of them wanting our business.
Just make sure you turn up before closing time! The Manager wouldn't make eye contact with a me 3min past 4pm.
Had to do a fair bit of branch banking after my mother passed as executor of her estate. Vatche in particular was very helpful and understanding in making it all as painless as possible.
