The staff was has some knowledge with home loan product but not sure. She did not seek help from her manager. Just letting me to contact ATM service or call mortgage centre.

Poor customer service from Wendy Fu. No greetings or a thank-you from beginning of service to the end. Grabs my phone and starts entering account details without confirming which account the monies is going to.
I had to ask to make sure its going to the right place. After transaction she just tosses receipt to you. It has been like this every transaction i have had with her. Very dismissive and indifferent everytime. Zero care for her job and for her customers.

Tried to ring to give them the courtesy of making an appointment to speak with a Business Customer Consultant. Called 5 times and phone was lifted then hung up. Disgraceful attitude. Staff should be sacked.

Terrible service, worst experience, called twice to open account still couldn't open the account.
Dumb staff was not aware of most of the issues and was of no use. Never go to this branch if you have any other options.

This branch got the best staff working and they do care for you. I have been so many other branches, I have been sent in circles. This branch staff are down to earth. They listened and CARE.

I went to Rhodes branch today to ask about join account, the banker was very unhelpful and rude, when I said no thanks because of the 5 dollars monthly fee he humiliated me laughed

I would like give 0 to this branch
This branch cannot even do some simple tasks
All the other branch are much better than this
Can westpac head office give this branch a proper training
Waste me a lot of time
Even rhodes is more convenient for me
I still go to Top Ryde westpac for business
Please train these staff or close this branch

Went to close my accounts today
1. One teller on at lunch time and long line. No music playing just silence - made for a very bleak and depressing wait
2. No greeting when finally made it to the teller. No Thankyou for waiting etc I had to initiate conversation
3. She Said absolutely nothing at all during the whole experience and no Thankyou, didn’t try and retain me as a customer nor ask why I wanted to close them

I actually applied for a customer service role with westpac and got declined which I think is ironic since I come from 10 years of customer service experience yet this is what is acceptable for westpac from a customer service perspective
Today just solidified why I was closing my accounts with westpac and also made me realise probably dodged a bullet with working for them also

Would give 0
Stars if possible and glad I’ll never have to return
Commbank in Rhodes lovely new modern branch and staff are excellent highly recommend!

Westpac should really investigate into this branch for staff behaviour. The short old lady with long brown hair was staring at customer for 5mins without reason- she was absolutely too rude to work here.

Staff here should mind their manner, otherwise they will lose their job as no one will come to this branch any more.

Not too welcoming.
I came in to ask a question and the individual snapped back their response as if they are doing me a favor.
I said thank you and walked out and they kept harping and justifying their response.

Kept us waiting 30 mins, TWICE!

We came in on Friday, waited 30 mins, then was told there was no staff to help us on the issue we needed help with.

Then we came back on Monday, there was no customers when we came, and the two staff were just chilling out, then they left, so we waited another 30 mins, then those ladies came back, chilled out for another 10 mins, then came to us saying they had something else they needed to work on, and asked us to wait another 15 mins? !

Why the heck didn’t you tell us before?

Seriously guys? Worst absolute service, from a huge bank brand, very disappointed and safe to say you have lost a customer.

The bank teller Nelly Bustos was rude and did not represent Westpac very well today.

She asked me for my account balance even though there was another customer next to me. When I told her that I did not feel it was an appropriate identification question, she grew frustrated and agitated as the transaction continued.

Nelly had either a bad day at work, or she had gotten away with being unprofessional to customers for too long.

Westpac needs to be aware, and retrain her in better customer service. I have contacted westpac customer complaints to follow up.

The young female staff working on the counter who speaks Chinese on 30/06 really need to improve her service. Talking with her colleagues and keep customers waiting for 15 mins.

Shane and his team were recommended to me by my sister. I have found all staff I’ve interacted with to be wonderful. I’ve been informed of the plan of care and am happy with treatment and how I’ve improved.

Like talking to your unpleasant uncle at a family gathering. Scum bags is the nicest way to describe this lot! Basic things aren’t communicated clearly or at all. Thanks for nothing!
