Lovely staff and reasonable prices. Location is within the hospital so ideally suited for situations called for within this environment. Parking has to be paid for and not suitable for outside patrons. Overall great service.

Just got delivered the most amazing flowers I have ever received. They are breathtaking and so extravagant. I have found my forever florist.

I was informed they are unable to Deliver the order
as of 10/1/2022 I am still waiting for a refund

I ordered some flowers & a balloon for my pop in Westmead hospital but on his bday he was being transferred to a rehab centre I asked the florist to call the hospital before they deliver them to ensure his location first & they did this without any hassle & delivered a stunning bunch of native flowers that made his day! Thank you

My order was processed at 0833 this morning. Haven’t received any confirmation to say the flowers were delivered. I’ve rung the number listed on the invoice multiple times and it rings out and goes to voicemail.
Don’t know what’s going on.
It was to be delivered to a patient who’s having major surgery at Westmead Hospital who obviously I can’t ring because she’s under anaesthetic.
Wouldn’t recommend. No communication whatsoever, no tracking, doesn’t even answer calls!

Have used them for several occasions: for Valentines, a new baby and just a 'thinking of you'. The flowers are always beautiful and delivered on time, every time! Well thought out and stunning bouquets & vases. Highly recommended!

They didn't have what I wanted in stock but they compromised and did something else and my friend absolutely loved it she was very pleased with what she received and they were very quick to call me and tell me that my item was not in stock and that they could substitute it and when I wanted to change my balloon they were quite happy to do that as well I would totally recommend them

Ordered a bouquet for a dear friend who works within the Westmead Hospital for her birthday. Impressed with the ease in placing the order and confirmation of the placement. Bouquet delivered early afternoon and my friend was over the moon with it.

The prices are great compared to other florists out there and the quality of the bouquets and service is amazing! My wife works at Westmead Hospital and I send her flowers at work through these guys for special occasions and look like a genius every time =D

I recently ordered an arrangement to be delivered within the Hospital to some colleagues who were grieving the loss of one of their own. I was very disappointed that the arrangement arrived in the late afternoon and that it looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered online. I also think the flowers used were not equal to the price that was paid. I realise on occasions substitutions need to be made but honestly the arrangement looked like it was created with whatever was left over at the end of the day. I always thought orders were created first thing upon opening and as close to what was requested as possible to achieve customer satisfaction. Looks like someone stuffed up this order!

Great product great service. When I first used them a few years ago I was worried they wouldn't provide premium experience as prices were cheap and they have a captive Hospital client base, however I go back every year now.

Beautiful bouquet. Delivered promptly. Even accommodated my request for more of certain colours in the bouquet than others.

Great service online and great communication from the staff. Service was brilliant and hopefully the staff in the icu ward loved them just as much as I appreciated they assistance while I was recently there. Highly recommended florist for great service and excellent communication, prices are fantastic as well 10/10
