Rude. Answered the door what do you want.will not go back. Doesn't matter if I was there to buy or sell spend $10 or $10,000 it's bad business ethics to be rude and abrupt even if I didn't make an appointment

This is the best coin dealer in Sydney. Doug is honest and very helpful when I was starting out in coin collecting. Very, very highly recommend this business and those that give a stupidly low rating for him not having a 2022 Poppy available for walk-ins obviously don't understand how things work when these releases happen. Very happy to be a regular customer of this business, and will continue to be!

Dont bother, i was the first one there in line to purchase a coin released the same day, Doug came out and told us all it was sold out. Went up the road to prospect coins and got one with 60 people in front of me, go figure.
