I recently got into contract with Poolwerx Emu plains & so far it's been a smooth experience for me. The staff is polite & knowledge & best part is the remote tech support, which is awesome.

Tim was fantastic! I had an issue with our pool heater. He asked for photos of everything and guided me through fixing the problem. We went back and forth for about an hour and he was extremely patient and was able to get my pool heater going again and avoided the cost of a technician having to come out. I would highly recommend the technical support and service from Poolwerx Emu Plains they went above and beyond to help me fix my issue.

I've had a wonderful experience with Montana and Bryson. Our pool was in a terrible state and they did an amazing job draining and acid washing it. Our pool looks like new! They are both personable, knowledgeable, prompt and a pleasure to have helping out with your pool. I am so appreciative of their help!

I was a previous employer for Tim and the team. If you want absolutely honesty, transparency and most of all a sparkling clean pool that’s perfectly balanced look no further. Tim had extensive knowledge on pools and equipment and the team backing him are a great group. Behind closed doors and to the public eye this company is awesome.

What a piece of work Steve is. Called to book in a service of my pool and from the get go it was an inconvenience for him that I was calling. No availability for a week so I asked if there is anything I should look for to get the pool running in the meantime as it would obviously go green very quickly and again he couldn’t care less and told me “he doesn’t know and clearly there is a problem”. Rang another local pool shop and they are coming today, and we’re more than happy to help. Go elsewhere!

Bryson and the team went above and beyond in troubleshooting and fixing our Polaris cleaner. Communication via WhatsApp meant I could easily share photos and short videos of the problem - and for the team to share back with me progress on the fix. Costs were very reasonable and the shop worked hard to successfully fix the cleaner when I’m sure others would have just tried to sell me a new one. Best pool shop I’ve been to.

Wonderful service and have kept our pool sparkling. Never had any issues and would highly recommend.

Tim and Craig have done a fabulous job looking after our pool. Tim even responded to a question I had out of hours. They take photos of what they have done and share a chemical list of everything they put in the pool to keep it looking pristine. For a pool novice, I feel we are in excellent hands.

Great friendly service. Expert advice.
We needed to replace a broken sand filter. I chatted with Tim from Poolwerx Emu Plains via the Whats app group. I shared photos of the issue and got a fast response to my issue. A very reasonable quote for a
replacement and installation was provided. With in a very short period of time the issue was fix and we had a brand new filter installed and fully functional.

Positive experience both in the shop and on site from a very knowledgeable team. Their use of WhatsApp to book appointments, order parts and provide a personalised service is a real bonus.

The whatsapp account with Poolwerx is a very good service which enables you to get good advice on any questions or issues you may have wregarding your pool. Convenient / no waiting on the phone / getting expert advice from people who know you and your pool type and location.

Recent first time pool owner. Had Poolwerx Emu Plains attend and conduct their handover service to teach us the basics in pool care. The employee who attended was professional and explained things in an easy to understand manner. Further to this, the messaging system used allows me to make contact with the team to assist in questions I have with the pool.

We were having problems with our pool pump and contacted poolwerx at Emu Plains to get some assistance with the problem. On the same day, we were able to use the whatsapp group tech support that they offer and they advised us on a solution to our problem which was something very simple and cost effective. Thanks very much Tim. It was such an easy process!
